Pros:

The location is quiet good. The room was spacious, and clean..

Cons:

In the beginning there were misunderstanding about the room. We wanted 2 twin beds and got a queen bed (which luckily was made of 2 twin bad attached).. We arrived late at night, so we just put the beds qppart. It may happen, no drama, but the attitude from the Hotel crew was odd. In the morning we pointed that to the receptionist. It was ignored. So we asked foe additional blanket. We got, but without its cover. I asked the room cleaner if we may have it covered and was answered no. After another day or two it was ammended.
The room cleaners didnt put new amenities in the shower every day, though we use those who were given. Even After asking them to do so. I wonder What kind of guests they usually have that dont use the amenities every day....
Breakfest: no omletes, no scrambeled eggs (and we asked for) , no hot meals, no fruits, no vegetables. I found it dissapointing.
The room is dark. No big lights, only some small insufficient lamps.

Pros:

L'emplacement (8 min des remontées mécaniques)
Le charme du bâtiment extérieur, l'entrée en vieux bois, salon avec feu de cheminée
Le calme

Cons:

La chambre était très petite, vieillotte, sombre.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié mais il faut arriver tôt car les plats ne sont pas remplis à nouveau.

Bell'atmosfera con qualche dettaglio da migliorare

Hotel molto carino e ben arredato, Atmosfera accogliente e calda. Silenzioso ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al centro

Cons:

L'appartamento è su sue piani, con scale di legno non comodissime, e piano superiore molto basso. Alcuni dettagli da rimodernare, parti di legno rovinate con rischio schegge, luci, un solo paio di cuscini, una sola saponeta in bagno, no tappetino doccia, etc. Buona colazione, parte salata (salumi e formaggi confermo non viene rifornita se terminata e pulizie tavoli con spruzzino nel mentre che in sala ci sono ancora ospiti a fare colazione.
