My family and I stayed at Hotel Corisco during a southern Europe heat wave, and I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had as a frequent traveler.

There was no air conditioning, which was unbearable in the extreme heat. The window blinds were broken, offering no relief from the sun or privacy. More alarmingly, the room had no fire alarm or carbon monoxide detector, which is a serious safety concern. I searched thoroughly for bedbugs and found none—but my children spent the evening killing spiders and swatting bugs and flies that were coming in through the windows, which gives you an idea of the condition of the room.

The paint was peeling, the toilet was stained, and the shower didn’t drain. The bathroom was especially grimy, with graffiti on the walls and an overwhelming sense of neglect, including a moldy plastic shower curtain. The entire property is worn down and dirty, with no evidence of basic maintenance or cleaning.

There was no front desk staff on site, and I suspect it’s intentional—possibly to avoid hearing guests’ complaints. We had originally booked for two nights, but we left after barely surviving the first night and checked into a significantly better hotel nearby.

To make matters worse, we could hear people partying late into the night, making sleep nearly impossible, even with noise canceling earbuds. It felt less like a hotel and more like a scam operation, taking advantage of tourists due to the location near the beach.

El sitio es bastante viejo y las instalaciones piden a gritos una actualización, tuvimos un problema y aún sin recepción nos lo solucionaron en muy poco tiempo, para pasar una noche o dos no está mal. Aparcamiento fatal

Hotel muy bien ubicado,a pie de playa y con vistas preciosas. La atención por parte del personal perfecta.Las instalaciones son anticuadas, necesitarían alguna mejora,pero por el precio que tienen no se puede pedir más. La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda y zona muy tranquila para poder descansar por la noche. No es que estuviera muy sucio,pero tampoco limpio al 100%,por poner algun ejemplo en la habitación tienen un tipo de calentador o hervidor de agua por si quieres hacerte alguna infusión,el cuál tenía 2 dedos de polvo.El bide del lavabo tenía unas manchas amarillas de haber sido utilizado.habia algo mas,pero tampoco me quejare de todo,ya que al haber trabajado como camarera de habitaciones lo miro todo de otra manera . De todas formas, volvería a repetir por el precio y la buena ubicación
