Pros:

We ate at the restaurant on site for breakfast and my son loved the pancakes and I loved my food as well. My wife’s food did not come out properly though. The staff upfront were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

My biggest concern was that the washer and dryers didn’t work. We needed to wash our clothes after going to Niagara Falls after trying out three washers that didn’t work. We finally found one that did but it ate up maybe six hours of our stay that we otherwise had planned to go around town then all of the dryers were taken up and half of them were out of service. We also got locked out of coming back in the building because even though our cards worked on the way out, our cards did not work coming back in. Luckily, the engineer for the building was right there and let us through. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work while we were there. I asked when they were working on it and they didn’t know, but it never was repaired after four days we also wanted to go to the swimming pool, but it had very limited hours so we never were able to make it.

The room is clean, comfortable bed, staff is nice and all that.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. I slept well on the king bed.

Cons:

The TV could been mount on the wall. No hand soap but the bar soap for the hands in bathroom. n my daughter's room, she found stains on the protect mattress cover :( I wish the RIT inn is closer to RIT like walkable! I stayed at RIT INN for the night to support my daughter who is freshman at NTID and stay at RIT INN as dorm which she did not like the idea of it because she wanted to live on campus at the dorm like real college life which i dont blame her :)

Conveniently located and we would absolutely stay again.
Pros:

The area is very walkable. Room was spacious and comfy. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and allowed us an early checkin.

Cons:

The bedding had a bit of a musty smell.

Pros:

Good location; staff was super nice & helpful.

Cons:

Ice machine had mold in it and the hallways and rooms above us were very loud. Allowed kids to run up and down the hallways late at night.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional in the customer service department. They were very helpful and let me brag on the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was more than we expected; hardy, hot and delicious!
