Pros:

Staff is friendly, the checking in process is fairly quick and the location is a good area.

Cons:

The beds could be more comfortable and I don't like that they only change the linens if you leave a note card to changed them....it's should be after every guest checks out.

Overall, stay was great.
Pros:

Room was very clean and modern. Lobby very bright. Pool & gym a plus. Restaurant/Bar convenient to watch NFL playoffs

Cons:

Only drawback during stay - we forgot toothpaste and had to pay $3.50 for a small tube. Most hotels provide these items complimentary.

It was convenient, but didn’t get a good night’s rest.
Pros:

Close to RIT. Staff was kind. Keurig in room. Heat and AC worked well.

Cons:

Needs refurbished, lots of noise, difficulty sleeping due to noise, doors slamming in the hall, people up until 3am, paint chipped, and older looking.

Pros:

Good attention but the double bed are too small, not a queen bed

Cons:

Too small beds, not for two adults and wall paint have an old filtration in the bathroom. One window did not close completely

The hotel is right off the freeway.
