Problem free!!
Pros:

Everything was great!! Shuttle service was an added perk!! Mr. Greg took us and pick us up from our dinners!!
What a pleasant surprise!!

We were a little disappointed, but overall our stay was nice.
Pros:

Lovely grounds, good location near expressway, room was very clean and linens were nice

Cons:

No breakfast. No free coffee except in room coffee maker which made terrible coffee. On site restaurant was adequate but waiters untrained in proper waiting etiquette

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff that checked us in were so kind ! Beds were also very comfortable

Toilet flushed very slowly had to hold the handle down for a long time.

Overall we were happy with our stay, but not sure the accommodations were as nice as they could be for the price.
Pros:

The location was great! We enjoyed having a drink at Charades. The bartender was friendly and professional. We also were very happy that my request for an adjoining room was honored.

Cons:

We used elevator #6 when we first checked in and went up to the 3rd floor. It made a hard stop at the floor that caused us concern. We used elevator #5 after that. Our key cards were temperamental for room 309. Although the light would flash green, the door was still locked. It took us 2-3 tries for the card to work correctly. The person at the desk tried to rectify this for us by giving us new key cards. Our guess is that the keycard reader was possibly malfunctioning?

Nice place. Difficult staff member.
Pros:

Good location near I-90 near Rochester. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Desk clerk was snippy. We paid online but she gave us a receipt for significantly more than Booking.com charges and said the difference was taxes. When I questioned why we were being charged additional taxes beyond those we paid on Booking.com, she asked another clerk to explain because I “obviously didn’t understand what I just explained.” Then she told me I had to pay $50 as a security deposit. The screen on the credit card machine showed $35.10 which looked like the amount she had tried to charge me earlier. She told me, “I just explained that to you 15 seconds ago.” I’m not inclined to return to this location on future travel through the area.

The second staff member was nice, but didn’t stay to complete the transaction. The morning staff member was very polite.

For the right price, I would go back. I’m not sure I would pay the normal full price.
Pros:

It seemed like the spa, etc. was nice although I did not take advantage. It was clean and functional and definitely they try to make sure everything is up to snuff.

Cons:

The HVAC system did not seem to have a very well functioning dehumidifying system. The air was incredibly damp, even with the air conditioning on.

Fantastic, convenient very relaxing
Pros:

Has a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna and a hot tub rooms were really spacious and nice

Everything was really really nice. The showerhead could be a little bit more powerful.

Live in Henrietta and will continue to book that establishment anytime a room is needed!!
Pros:

Close to home , staff were very cool ! The outdoor area along with the pool is very unique and should be the focal point of that hotel during the nice seasons! A lot can be done using that luxury , and can’t be found in other hotels locally!

Cons:

The only issue I had was the ac unit kept tripping the fault switch when I tried turning the fan down! It’s only ran on high ! The first night I wasn’t there my wife and the kids were , and when I finally arrived at around 3:30 am the room was 78 and the girls were sweaty!! I fixed the issue which was not a real issue at all ! More of just making it aware for the next guest!
