Very cosy, calm and beautifull little hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel decor was beautiful and well cared for.
Breakfast room was very comfortable and the staff there were allways very nice.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel in der Altstadt mit hervorragendem Personal!
Pros:

Grosse saubere Zimmer,sehr freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal,sehr gute Lage um alle historischen Sachen zu besuchen,Preis in Ordnung.Internet hat überaschend gut funktioniert! Alles Top.

Cons:

Hellhörig,habe teilweise alles Gespräche der Nachbarn wörtlich gehört.,auch das zuknallen der Tür anderer Zimmer war sehr laut.Mini Bar extrem überteuert 0.1 Whisky 28€(!) .

Great hotel, great staff. Murat was exceptional!
Pros:

Great hotel with great staff. Murat in particular was fantastic - friendly, helpful, just brilliant. The hotel is very lucky to have him.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I'd have liked refills of the coffee pods and a light by the bed I could read with -)
