L’emplacement idéal à Sultanahmet au calme.
L’hôtel est magnifique avec une décoration soignée, la literie très confortable.
L’accueil très chaleureux grâce à Büsra, Murat et Engin. Ils ont été très attentionnés pendant tout notre séjour, nous ont bien conseillé pour visiter et découvrir Istanbul. Nous avons pris plaisir à échanger avec vous. Un grand merci.
Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et délicieux avec des pâtisseries faits maison. Nous nous sommes régalés tous les matins. Nous avons adoré les Syrup Dessert. Merci aux cuisinières et au serveur.
Nous recommandons chaudement l’hôtel et y retournerons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Hemos estado en este hotel en febrero. Todo excelente. Desde la ubicación hasta al trato del personal. El hotel tiene escaleras y el señor que estaba en la recepción nos ayudó siempre a subir y bajar con las sillas de los niños.
Muy limpio, todo hecho con mucho detalle. El restaurante solo sirve desayunos, pero tienen menú con comida que traen de otro restaurante y se puede cenar allí. Nosotros hemos cenado allí algunos días y nos han traído comida de fuera. La chica de la recepción nos sirvió y era muy simpática. Recomendable 100% . Volveremos seguro.

A lovely and warm hotel in the heart of beautiful Istanbul

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία,3 λεπτά από την Αγία Σοφία με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε.
Το δωμάτιο πολύ μεγάλο, άνετο και ζεστό.

El trato del personal ha sido excelente nos han hecho sentir como en casa, cuidan muchos los detalles desde que entramos al hotel ya nos hacen sentir bienvenidos con nuestros nombres, igualmente en la habitación con notas de bienvenida e incluso con posibilidad de decidir el tipo de almohadas en caso se desee, la ubicación es muy céntrica, el desayuno con mucha atención y calidad. Definitivamente regresaremos 🌸

Staff excellent especially manager Engin who was most helpful and went out of his way to assist and suggest. All staff very good.
