Ubicación excepcional. El hotel está limpio y ubicado en un edificio. Puedes ir caminando a casi todo. El metro y paradas de autobús están muy cercanas.

Cons:

El desayuno es simple y poco variado.
Por otro lado, aunque no sirva de mucho porque es en otro idioma, no tenía televisión la habitación. Tampoco tiene nevera.

Posizione strategica, vicino al centro e ai mezzi ( che funzionano benissimo)

Cons:

Pulizia stanze, non rifacciano il letto, toglievano solo il sacchetto dell'immondizia, mancava asciugamano e shampoo, il doccia schiuma annacquato, colazione poca scelta, ad esempio come pane c'era solo quello bianco, latte solo vaccino, frutta solo mele, mancavano le uova ..diciamo che non era molto internazionale ma semplice.

Il personale l'ho trovato un po' scortese

La posizione eccezionale, sicuramente merita,centralissima vicino alla basilica di santo Stefano,alla ruota panoramica,al centro di Budapest ma soprattutto alla fermata delle metro 1,2 e 3 per girare con tranquillità Budapest. Cons:

Café da manhã muito modesto, o fato de não haver nem geladeira nem TV no quarto. Cheguei após as 18h30 e tive que fazer o check-in de forma automática. Não achei fácil achar o local onde o cartão para abrir o quarto estava localizado. Além disso, o cartão estava preso e precisei usar uma chave para retirá-lo.

As instalações são ok.

Cons:

-Falta de assistência se ocorre algum problema. E no nosso caso considero grave! Houve um problema com a porta de entrada do prédio que não reconheceu nosso código nem das demais pessoas. Até aí, isso pode acontecer de um portão eletrônico quebrar! O problema foi que ligamos para o número de emergência que o hotel nos fornece e não obtivemos resposta, se quer no dia seguinte! Isso aconteceu por volta das 22:00. Ficamos mais de 30 minutos do lado de fora, a essas alturas já pensando onde iríamos dormir. Por pura sorte, uma pessoa saiu do prédio e nessa abertura de porta pudemos entrar, pois do contrário teríamos dormido na rua!!!
-O barulho externo que outras pessoas reclama é real!

Nice spot to discover Budapest.
Pros:

Nice hotel, conveniently located for some lovely restaurants. The Metro was only a short wall away. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was the booking process. There were two attempts to fraudulently charge us extra money, which was surprising as I've never experienced this when using this booking platform, despite using it frequently. Also, although the booking stated that either a twin or double room could be booked, our request for a twin room couldn't be guaranteed. We asked immediately after booking, then again a few months later, and still received no confirmation. It was only on our third attempt that a twin room was finally allocated. It all worked out in the end, but it was an unnecessarily stressful experience.

Posizione ottima! Ideale per visitare monumenti, via tranquilla e vicino alla metro e ai bus (anche quello per aeroporto) e a tutti i servizi (supermercato, ristoranti, negozi, ecc). Colazione buona. Camere spaziose.
