Grande chambre très propre et agréable, et commodités à proximité
Le paiement du parking !
Le côté pratique juste à côté de l’EPFL. Le fait de pouvoir laisser sa voiture au garage et tout faire en transport en commun pendant le séjour
Mauvaise ventilation. Pas de Clim pour des questions écologiques, ce que nous comprenons mais pas d’alternative. Nous avons eu trop chaud

La qualité, la gentillesse, les services rendus par l'équipe de Victoria et Geoffroy (et tous les autres dont nous n'avons pas les prénoms). Ils ont tous été au top et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. C'est une équipe vraiment formidable !!
Le fait que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur direct depuis le parking.

Details about how to get there were not clear enough. Entry instructions came too late for me, I was already travelling for two days and could not process the information on my phone. Help line instructions at the door are incomplete in English - the phone

Vielfalt des Frühstücks zu gering
Viajamos de carro até Suíça nesse hotel parque de estacionamento foi gratuito e ainda recebemos bilhetes de transporte gratuito, metro mesmo à frente do hotel. Quarto familiar espaçosos e sempre limpo. Vale a pena para familias que viajam de carro .
