قرب المكان من القطار والمناطق السياحية

حجزت هذا الفندق من تاريخ 11-12 يناير .. واعجبتني الغرفه واردت تمديد حجزي ليكون 12-14 يناير
حجزت نفس الغرفة تماماً ولكن تفاجأة بأن الموظفة ( الانسة ) قالت لابد من اضافة 5 يورو لليله ، اذا لابد من دفع 10 يورو للبقاء في نفس الغرفة لان حجزك السابق أكونومي الجديد ستاندر أخبرتها بالموافقه ولكن بعد الرجوع لحجز بوكينق تأكدت بأن الحجز هو نفسه ولا يوجد أكونومي أو ستاندر نفسه بالضبط ، في اليوم التالي صباحاً 8 AM ، تفاجأت بموظف جديد وكان جيد جداً تعاون معي واخبرني انني استطيع البقاء في نفس الغرفه بدون اضافة اي سعر خرجت وعند العودة قابلت الموظفة من جديد 🤦🏻‍♂️💔
واخبرتني ان علي ان ادفع 10 يورو لها مقابل الحجز الجديد !!
رفضت ذلك وأصرّت ولكن اخرجت لها واثبت الحجز الاول والثاني من بوكينج انه نفس الحجز بالضبط حتى اقتنعت واستسلمت !
اعتقد انها كانت ستكون عمليّة سرقة من الموظفة !
يستطيع المالك التأكد من كلامي ومراجعة الكاميرات في يوم 12/1/2026
ويستطيع مشاهدة ماحصل بالضبط اذا كان هناك كاميرات الساعة الواحدة ظهراً .

I stayed at this hotel from January 11–12 and really liked the room, so I decided to extend my stay from January 12–14 by booking the exact same room again through Booking.com.

However, I was surprised when one female staff member told me that I had to pay an extra €5 per night (€10 total) to stay in the same room, claiming that my previous booking was “economy” and the new one was “standard.” I checked my Booking.com reservations carefully and confirmed that both bookings were for the same room type, with no difference at all.

The next morning around 8:00 AM, another staff member was on duty and was very professional and helpful. He clearly told me that I could stay in the same room without any extra charge, which made sense.

Unfortunately, when I returned later, I met the same female staff member again, and she insisted once more that I must pay the €10. I refused and showed her both Booking.com reservations in detail. Only after seeing the proof did she finally accept that the room type was exactly the same.

Die Terrassen Tür kaputt.
