Хотим с большой благодарностью поблагодарить отель и персонал отеля, спасибо огромнейшее Анале, она нас встретила и во всем помогла. Сам отель находится в центре в 2 шага метро, трамвай и рядом много кафе и ресторанов.

Персонал в отеле очень добрый, хотим поблагодарить Аналю она помогала во всем, она всегда очень чисто убиралась в нашем номере и всегда давала советы куда сходить, где лучше разменять деньги, она очень вежливый и добрый человек, спасибо ей. В целом весь персонал отеля был очень добр к нам, включая тех кто сидел на ресепшен, они также были очень вежливы с нами и не отказывали в помощи !

Сам номер нам попался с видом на улицу а также Босфор, мы очень остались довольны чистотой номера и местоположением отеля, очень влюбились на наш вид с балкона и местоположение отеля.

Спасибо большое Анеле и всему персоналу за хороший прием и время ! 🥹 Будем скучать по этим местам!!!

Уделите внимание на номера, покрасьте их, не хейт сразу пишу. Не большой совет от клиента 😉
Pros:

На ресепшене сидит девушка туркменка вроде если не ошибаюсь. Вот она вежливая и очень приветливая. Спасибо ей очень.

Cons:

Номер 302 стены были грязные и немного растрепанные номера:( по этому кажется что номер грязный. Уделите внимание на номера, покрасьте их, не хейт сразу пишу. Не большой совет от клиента 😉

Pros:

Die Lage, Größe vom Zimmer ist auch gut und es war sauber. Der Süße französische Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Nette Mitarbeiter!

Cons:

Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe, die Dusche konnte kaum genutzt werden - das Wasser kam aus allen Seiten und Wärme konnte man nicht richtig regulieren. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, ich habe alle Nachbarn gehört.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación.

Cons:

Los pasillos eran súper oscuros. Escaleras angostas con alfombras sucias y arrancadas por sectores. La habitación estaba limpia pero tampoco brillaba. Junto a la tetera un vaso descartable de cartón que parecía usado. El desayuno es paupérrimo, entre eso y nada es preferible nada.
