Great value for money, would return
Pros:

The location is superb within a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and a 2 minute walk to the T1 tramline. The staff was helpful and they all spoke good english. The breakfast was better than I expected.

Cons:

I feel like the electricity jumped to a backup generator during the night a few times which turned on a very bright light outside next to my window and kept messing with my airconditioning, which made it difficult to fall asleep. I’m sure it was just an accident though.

Pros:

Locația excelentă, aproape de moscheea albastră. Personalul a fost de nota 10. Curățenia în camere se făcea zilnic. Micul dejun a fost pentru toate gusturile. Recomand! Mulțumesc întregii echipe care a făcut sejurul nostru magic ✨

Great Location and Caring Staff members
Pros:

Great location, right in the middle of all the main attractions and transport links.

The customer service was excellent, especially from the Reception Manager, Byram, and a friendly young member of staff, Bagre. They made my family and me feel very welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. Although the weather was a little disappointing, their hospitality made us feel warm and special.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. My toddler son had a great time, and the hotel was perfect for a family stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with their family.

Cons:

There was nothing that I would consider a negative during our stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities available.
It was a very relaxing, warm, and welcoming stay, and we felt well looked after throughout. We would be happy to return in the future.

Kíváló elhelyezkedésű hotel, rendkívül kedves személyzettel és nagyon bőséges reggelivel. Érkezéskor magasabb kategóriájú szobát kaptunk, és már 10 órakor elfoglalhattuk a szobát. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom.

Muito bom, localização e funcionários nota 10.
Pros:

Localização perfeita, funcionários excelentes, limpeza diária dos quartos, cafe da manhã com variedade e muito bem servido. Cama super confortável com roupa de cama de primeira linha.
Chuveiro super bom pra uma um diferencial. Tivemos um problema que não tinha referência com o hotel e o gerente e funcionário fizeram de tudo para nós ajudar e apoiar.

Cons:

Carpete no quarto eu não gosto. Apesar de muito limpo podia andar de meias brancas a aparência não e legal.

Great location, good hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

Everything was good. Although my room was located in a corner position overlooking streets on two sides, the soundproofing was very effective, and I was not disturbed by the very considerable street noises.

Cons:

Nothing.
A desk or worktable in the room would have been good, but the small room size would make it difficult to accommodate.

Habitación y baño amplio con heladerita. Ubicación inmejorable! El personal súper atento. Volvería y recomiendo.

Consiglio assolutamente, se dovessi tornare a Istanbul verrei ancora qui.
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta, tutto a portata di mano è vicinissima ai posti più iconici. Il T1 a 3 minuti, e da lì si arriva ovunque. Nonostante sia su una strada trafficata, chiudendo le finestre ci si trova nel silenzio. Camera davvero bella e accogliente. Il materasso e i diversi cuscini: top.
Vorrei segnalare la gentilezza dei ragazzi alla reception, davvero disponibili e sempre sorridenti.
Ottima la colazione, super varia.

Cons:

C’è questa cosa (non solo in questa struttura) di non poter gettare la carta igienica nel wc. Per me davvero strano.

Pros:

Locație excelenta aproape de atracțiile din zona Sultanahmet și de stația de tramvai Çemberlitaş. Vis-a-vis este o basilica cisterna, un pic mai mica decât cealaltă cunoscuta de toată lumea unde se sta la rand, aici nu e mai nimeni poți sa faci poze.

My 3rd stay and just like the situation
Pros:

Location excellent
Rooms are comfortable and very clean .
Also has a good coffee shop adjacent

Cons:

All good but don’t like the corner rooms as the distribution is not good for suitcases
