Very good budget option in a great location
Pros:

The location was superb. The online check in system was very convinient. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

First 2 days elevator was broken which made it hard to carry our luggages to 4th flower. However they fixed it in couple ofdays so we know this was a exceptional situation.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Preis-Leistung waren völlig überzogen. Frühstück fiel aus technischen Gründen aus (es gab jedoch die Möglichkeit, im 700 Meter entfernten Hotel zu frühstücken). Ich glaube nicht, dass ich das Hotel noch einmal buchen werde.

Es war ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war sehr ruhig im Hotel so das man ohne Probleme sich ausruhen konnte oder in der Nacht nicht von Personen oder knallenden Türen geweckt worden ist. Der Check in war einfach und super entspannt da man keine Karte oder Schlüssel mitnehmen musste und die Sorge dies verlieren zu können war damit überflüssig. Ich würde dieses Hotel nochmal buchen wenn ich nach Berlin reisen muss.

Cons:

Leider waren die Außenmöbel auf dem Balkon dreckig das man sich nicht hinsetzen konnte um auf dem Balkon zu entspannen. Schade ist auch das bei dem Wetter kein Ventilator zur Verfügung stand oder schon eingebaut war. Und auf dem Zimmer standen zwar Gläser aber keine Flasche Wasser.

The room itself was pretty nice, clean, comfortable. High, not advertised cost for baby crib.

Cons:

Incomprehensibly large extra fee for baby crib that was not displayed before booking and had to be paid with separate payment service
No personnel on site
The elevator only reaches half floors - hard to manage with baby stroller
Annoying touch light switches that light up the room at night

Perfect location, close to Ku'dam with its stores and restaurants, but on a quiet street. Swift (smart) check in experience, spacious room, neat and clean, new furniture, well organized. Good value for money.
