Pros:

Es gibt leider kein Frühstück, aber eine nette Bäckerei via a vis. Die Lage ist TOP, 350 m bis zum Kadewe

Cons:

Vielleich ein Automat, zum Wasser/Getränke kaufen, sonst alles prima. Komme wieder.

The hotel should honestly charge much less for what they are providing -- just a bed and toilet.

The lounge was the only good thing about the hotel

Cons:

There were barely any 'amenities' in the room that the hotel advertised on Booking.com. Same for toileteries. There was no toothpaste or moisturizer in the bathroom just the bare minimum - shower gel and hand wash. This must be specified.

When I indicated my room needs a clean up, only the towels were changed -- the room and bathroom were not even broomed or mopped!

Thirdly, I understand there was no reception at the hotel and customers were encouraged to whatsapp the hotel for anything. If they are saying this at least they should be available during working hours to respond to messages. Every time I messaged them I got an automatic message saying will come back shortly.

They should also write on their website that they don't have air conditioner. Honestly should charge this much if you can't provide basic things like AC, or fridge.

The staff kept asking me when I'm checking out. Cut off was 11 am so why are they calling me at 10? It was so frustrating.

The TV was not working. Kindly do not advertise things if they are not functional.

Quiet place is ok for us. I guess only 2 of us were there.
Pros:

Not really satisfied with the servers communication because they are neither responed me message nor mail. No key code sent me by email after I checked in on the first night. Than I have to book Scandic hotel, which cost 101€ for that night. The
AMC should recover me for that night cost for their guilty. AMC hotel servers are lack of respinsibilities. I claimed it. Plz take take resposibility for my claim. AMC should not name as hotel because it doesn’t follow the hotel’s rules.
