Pros:

Hommikusöök oli väga vilets, keedetud munad olid külmad kui kivi ja seest sinised. Kohvi oli mingis leiges kannus.

Cons:

Üheses toas oli ebamugav voodi. Tuled lülitusid liikumisanduriga, mis vilkus aeg-ajalt. Mingi valgustite touchscreen oli voodi peatsis, mis, kui vastu minna magades käega, lülitas tulesid sisse ning andis sinist valgust. Mitte väga õnnestunud lahendus. Seinad olid üsnagi papist, sest kõrvaltoas oli norskamist kuulda.

Chambre confortable dans un hôtel self-service
Pros:

Petite chambre simple mais propre et confortable. Hôtel facilement accessible, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.

Cons:

Pas de personnel sur place.
Dans la salle commune, même pas la possibilité de chauffer de l'eau pour un thé (ni dans la chambre).
Le système central de la chambre possède une LED bleue qui clignote et illumine la chambre en continu.

Great location, but unfortunately a disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was definitely the best part of the stay. The hotel is in a pleasant and convenient neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance. It was also easy to get around Berlin from the area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several things that affected my overall experience.

After booking through Booking.com, I realised that I had selected a room with a single bed. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked if I could upgrade to a room with a double bed, clearly stating that I was happy to pay the additional cost. Unfortunately, my request was not accommodated. I was not asking for a complimentary upgrade or any special treatment; I simply wanted the option to pay the difference for a more suitable room.

The soundproofing was probably the biggest issue. I was woken up early in the morning by the guest in the neighbouring room clearing his throat, which gives an idea of just how easily sound travels between the rooms. Normal conversations and phone calls can also be heard through the walls. While I was speaking on the phone at a normal volume, someone even knocked on the wall to make me lower my voice. This made the room feel lacking in privacy.

There was also an issue when trying to ventilate the room. People were regularly smoking directly below my window, so opening it for some fresh air resulted in cigarette smoke and smell coming straight into the room.

The room amenities were also very basic. Bottled water appeared to be presented as an in-room amenity, but there were only empty glasses in my room and no bottled water. There wasn't even a kettle, which I found disappointing for a hotel room.

Overall, while the location was good, the poor soundproofing, lack of privacy, limited room amenities and the handling of my upgrade request made the stay fall below my expectations.

Non ci ritornerei , qualità prezzo vai in un 4 stelle !

Camera spaziosa e cameriere disponibili ( uniche persone presenti in hotel )

Cons:

Contatto umano inesistente, qualsiasi esigenza o urgenza deve essere fatta attraverso whatsapp con risposte che possono avere ore di attesa, nessun personale a cui rivolgerti.

Solo il del check in mi hanno chiesto 20€ a notte per un lettino da campeggio ( che era già in loro possesso) , ovviamente me l’hanno detto il giorno del check in così che non potessi avere la cancellazione gratuita e cambiare hotel. ( il lettino era già stato chiesto in fare di prenotazione ) . Quando abbiamo manifestato il nostro stupore per questa tariffa , ci è stato risposto “decidete voi se lo volete oppure no “ ( in modo sgarbato , come se ci fosse altra opzione).

La cosa più assurda è la disposizione dell ascensore che si fermava ai mezzi piani e non direttamente al piano, ( sull’annuncio dell’albergo non c’era scritto) con il passeggino e con le valige ci siamo trovati in difficoltà in quanto ti devi fare mezzo piano a piedi di scale.

Non c’era la password del WiFi scritta da nessuna parte in camera.
Frigo bar non presente in camera. Pochi asciugamani e pochi cuscini.

Se avete bisogno della fattura come noi , consiglio di richiederla con largo anticipo.

Barebone service and spartan conditions, but very convenient for 1 night stay with late arrival.
Pros:

Reasonable price, well located, late check-in. Stayed one night, with arrival at 1am, so it was exactly what I needed.

Cons:

Overall, rather spartan conditions. No interactions with any living person whatsoever - which can be good or bad thing depending on your preferences.

Cons:

Bed mattress was not very comfortable was very old, and room was very small on. Was not same what it shows on pictures it was different place. Pillow was not comfortable at all.
