Non ci ritornerei , qualità prezzo vai in un 4 stelle !

Camera spaziosa e cameriere disponibili ( uniche persone presenti in hotel )

Cons:

Contatto umano inesistente, qualsiasi esigenza o urgenza deve essere fatta attraverso whatsapp con risposte che possono avere ore di attesa, nessun personale a cui rivolgerti.

Solo il del check in mi hanno chiesto 20€ a notte per un lettino da campeggio ( che era già in loro possesso) , ovviamente me l’hanno detto il giorno del check in così che non potessi avere la cancellazione gratuita e cambiare hotel. ( il lettino era già stato chiesto in fare di prenotazione ) . Quando abbiamo manifestato il nostro stupore per questa tariffa , ci è stato risposto “decidete voi se lo volete oppure no “ ( in modo sgarbato , come se ci fosse altra opzione).

La cosa più assurda è la disposizione dell ascensore che si fermava ai mezzi piani e non direttamente al piano, ( sull’annuncio dell’albergo non c’era scritto) con il passeggino e con le valige ci siamo trovati in difficoltà in quanto ti devi fare mezzo piano a piedi di scale.

Non c’era la password del WiFi scritta da nessuna parte in camera.
Frigo bar non presente in camera. Pochi asciugamani e pochi cuscini.

Se avete bisogno della fattura come noi , consiglio di richiederla con largo anticipo.

Barebone service and spartan conditions, but very convenient for 1 night stay with late arrival.
Pros:

Reasonable price, well located, late check-in. Stayed one night, with arrival at 1am, so it was exactly what I needed.

Cons:

Overall, rather spartan conditions. No interactions with any living person whatsoever - which can be good or bad thing depending on your preferences.

It was clean and quite

Cons:

Bed mattress was not very comfortable was very old, and room was very small on. Was not same what it shows on pictures it was different place. Pillow was not comfortable at all.

El jefe de mantenimiento y su mujer fueron amables

Cons:

Me quedé encerrada en la habitación, a las 10:00 de la noche. La abrieron y como el hotel estaba lleno me derivaron a otro pésimo. No quise dormir más ahí, y menos volver a Arco, ya que me daba miedo quedarme encerrada. Tuve que reservar otro hotel y ellos no me quieren devolver el dinero.
