Pros:

Location was brilliant and the staff were great.

Cons:

Our room has dirty bed sheets and my daughters pillow was full of someone else's hair. Breakfast even though there at 8am was still extremely busy and the area to get the food is rather small.

Pros:

Fantastic stay, very convenient for the train station and getting to the shops.
Very close to metro station

Lovely as usual, stay here a couple of times a year so would recommend
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean, lovely staff

Cons:

Couldn’t get the heating to work, however as it was late in the evening we didn’t report it so it probably would have got sorted if we’d tried 😀
