Best summed up by saying that I would definitely stay with you again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. All the staff are great,friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some confusion over a nights accommodation cancellation and being charged for it.

Very noisy in the corridor at night lots of door banging .
Fire alarm at 2 am .

Only one lift working so lots of waiting to get to 6th floor

Good choice for a short stay
Pros:

We travelled by train so location excellent as just opposite railway station. Rooms comfortable, staff helpful and breakfast was good

Fantastic value for money staff were amazing and helpful

The location and the staff were super helpful and friendly I even got an early check in and text updates from the front desk reception

Cons:

No twin rooms left breakfast was very crowded and only one lift working

Check whether the room you want exists by calling the property rather than relying on a reservation
Pros:

We never found out anything about The hotel or the breakfast. I booked for an available room with two beds and when we arrived, we were told no such room was available .

Cons:

A booking system that meant the accommodation booked did not exist. We asked to cancel the booking.

Day away with friends. Hotel lovely and clean. Great size room and bathroom.
Pros:

It was very close to central station and really safe with card key entry. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. One of our group needed to access the room after 3pm to take medication. As I who booked the stay on everyone’s behalf was not with mr Armitage and therefore was not allowed access even though all our bags were in luggage storage. The hotel doesn’t have a separate bar from reception so waited for drink service.
