Good location breakfast basic.
Pros:

Breakfast could improve but apart from that it was pretty good. We were slightly stressed getting the bags from the car without getting a ticket as we had so much luggage for a family wedding weekend. Shower was good.

Cons:

The mattress is a little firm for me.

Poor stay wouldt use again

The location was great right accross from the train station

Cons:

The bed and pillows were so hard I could not sleep and next day had back and neck pain

The breakfast staff I didn’t find friendly at all

Room was cold and very noisy the heating was at max and seemed to blow cold air My too
Overlooked the service yard and was noisey all night

Room doors slam very loudly all night

First class hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and so welcoming.
Our room was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was great and again, the staff were busy so nice!
Been to others hotels in Newcastle and Hampton by Hilton, by far, had the friendliest staff!
The location is also fantastic, everything was walking distance.
I can’t believe it’s only a 3 star, should be a 4 at the very least!!
