A conveniently located, comfortable hotel just right for our one night visit.
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast at reasonable times. Having the bar open for a nightcap was very welcome.

Pros:

Great location right opposite the train station. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Beds comfy and even though the hotel was on a busy road I didn’t hear any traffic noise. Staff were really lovely too and breakfast was great.

Pros:

Varied breakfast choice, i enjoyed the english breakfast. Good range of hot and cold beverages

Cons:

Room heating wasnt very effective and no spare blanket or duvet in the room

Pros:

Brilliant location opposite rail station and loads of shops eateries etc. Staff very helpful, welcoming and polite

Cons:

The mattresses was a bit hard and base squeaked every time you turned over.

Great hotel right in the city
Pros:

Location and staff were great
Good free breakfast

Cons:

The bed was hard and quite small
Could hear loud music and our friends room overlooked the station, they said the noise went on til quite late
We parked at time square and were overcharged for parking
Apparently the info on booking.com is out of date

Pros:

The staff are very good. Polite and attentive. Breakfast was tasty. Location of the hotel was ideal for us.

Cons:

Could of done with a pulldown seat in the bathroom to give you somewhere to sit while getting dry after a shower.
A bit better range of bar food in the evening would be nice, as not everyone has the time or energy to go out looking for somewhere to eat.
