Hilton Shenzhen Futian

This hotel is so accessible and easy to get in and out of. They have a great breakfast and the subway is literally in front. Great shopping nearby and super friendly service.

The size of room is big enough

Close to everything. Verry short taxi ride to everything.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help when needed their help.

When you are told that your second room will take 30minutes and it takes 90mins, and then you are told that you will be brought your room key but you have to go down to the desk three times to request it, it means your stay starts with a bitter taste. Everything was fine for a hotel in this category. Little delighted. I have stayed previously but was in a Club room and the experience was much better.

Specifically specified family of 4 for our booking and was giving a room with 1 bed. Had to pay extra for a extra single bed and the 4th person slept on the sofa.

The service at the hotel is very good.
I would like to commend Money, one of the senior staff on duty at the hotel.
My wife slipped on a flight of stairs on the way back to the hotel and he was very helpful and personally brought up a bag of ice to our room to help alleviate the swelling on my wife’s ankle. In addition, he gave us an analgesic spray.

Would definitely recommended this hotel for the location and service.

Haven’t been back to Shenzhen in over a decade and the progress has been impressive.

Unfortunate that a major hotel chain like the Hilton has not been able to keep pace.

Facilities were fine and cleanliness was decent enough but the staff were unfortunately not up to the mark.

Not well trained, scruffy - and at some points they were more interested in horseplay or having their own private conversations and ignoring guests.

Somewhat disappointing

I have stayed in multiple hotels in shenzhen some better than others unfortunately my experience with the Hilton was very poor the WiFi would not function and when asked the staff did not seem very keen to help, Besides these complications there were a couple security issues, the other guests were loud and rowdy and though the staff was informed they made no progress in terms of helping.

I stayed here for about a week, off and off, at the end of March 2025. Location is great - Adjacent to the Shenzhen Gangxia North Subway Station, which is both the largest subway station in Shenzhen and I've also heard in the world. It's an miniature underground city with restaurants, shops, entertainment (like cat cafes!), and basically anything and everything you might want. On top of excellent subway options.

I was here for work and had a complicated itinerary. Including days that I needed to access a shower in the morning since I was coming straight from the airport and going to meetings. And also needed to leave my luggage at the hotel over the weekend (after I had checked out) when I traveled to another city. The hotel was able to support all of my complicated logistics flawlessly and with the highest level of service. In particular, the concierge desk was incredible. Not only in helping me with all my luggage shenanigans. But also helping me use the Chinese shopping app Taobao so I could buy things to bring back to the US, and then taking delivery of these items and delivering them straight to my room. Thank you so much to the hotel and all of the staff, especially Frank at the concierge desk! I will definitely be staying at the Hilton Futian whenever I am in Shenzhen for business.

Don't stay here. Management would rather you checkout of their hotel than fix problems they have. You would expect a certain level of standards when you're at a Hilton. Our stay here falls far short.

We weren't allocated rooms when we checked in so had no idea what rooms we were staying in when we got back to our hotel in the evening - no room numbers were written on our slips.
Hotel ran out of vouchers for the playhouse they were offering on promo causing a commotion when we turned up at the playhouse.
Concierge didn't have the noggin to figure if we would like help with our luggage up to our room when we rocked up with 2 push chairs.

To top it all off, we had booked a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. When we entered the room it stank of smoke and attempts to cover it up. We have 2 young kids and we're a non-smoking household so we took it up with management. They offered us money but I'd rather be changed to another room. They had nothing and wouldn't help us as we were trying to get the kids bathed and asleep.

*The cherry on top was that they told us we could check out and find another hotel! This is the Easter weekend! We booked well in advance to avoid troubles of trying to find a half decent hotel/room*

Very clean and luxurious hotel. Perfect to come back to after a big day of trade shows and factory visits. Breakfast had plenty of options even for the most fussy eaters. The gym is large and very clean with new equipment and fully staffed. I wish I could have stayed longer.
