In general lines is nice! The buffet was a bit disappointing, the people on the reception were mostly nice, except of the man that check us in at the night we arrived, he wanted to keep our passport, I’ve never experienced something like that. The prices of the Wellness and Pool are crazy high.

Hotel well located near public transport. But breakfast was quite bad with poor selection and food quality. We stayed for 4 nights, and had only breakfast once.
Room was Ok, No defects but a bit small with less than half a meter from end of bed to opposite wall making it difficult to pass.
Spa in basement was a disappointment. Very small pool with water a bit to the cold side and No general access to turkish bath unless you had booked an appointment.
Stay was OK, but No idea why the hotel is indicated as 4 star?

Good hotel good location
It was good stay but we had to keep asking for things like, towels, iron, kettle, even coffee sachets were not provided, we were asked to go buy it outside.
Nice clean hotel only spent few hours there to get some sleep betwene flights
This is supposedly a 4* hotel but I can guarantee that it is nothing close to that. I’ve stayed in many hotels previously but this hotel is honestly the worst. The walls are extremely thin to the point where you can hear everything going on outside and in other peoples rooms! The rooms are always very noisy due to the terrible sound insulation. The cleaning ladies that supposedly clean your room barely do anything to be honest. There is no rubbish bin in the room. Even utilities such as shower cap etc are never replenished after you use them. There is a kettle and coffee cups but no actual tea or coffee in the rooms! When I asked the cleaning lady to replace the glass cups that we used in our room, she simply grabbed the cups and washed them with water and returned them for us to reuse. I have never seen such behavior in other hotels. The staff members do not speak English. I had to use google translate several times for someone to understand what I want. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
Room and bathroom was tiny... A/C kept switching off, mini fridge was leaking water, hotel only had two irons for the hotel, claimed to have wheelchair access which it did not, only one person could really understand English... Hotel is a two star and not a four star
Nice hotel close to the city and train station. Nice hotel staff and also could spek English well.
