El precio es muy caro, depende de los instalaciones en el alojamiento para mí es un Hotel de tres estrellas

El personal y las instalaciones en el recepción y restaurante

Cons:

Las instalaciones del alojamiento son muy antiguos y solamente las camas eran cómodas y la Climatización hace mucho ruido que no te deja dormir. El las toallas eran muy usadas.

Todo el personal fue de una amabilidad excepcional y siempre estuvo disponible para atender todas nuestras solicitudes. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad.
¡Un fuerte abrazo a las dos chicas y al chico de la recepción! Son personas maravillosas y unos verdaderos profesionales.

Pros:

古いつくりの建物の外観も内装もすてきでした。ロビーの大型スクリーンで毎日ワールドカップの試合が放映されていたのがとても良かったです。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで気持ちの良い対応でした。

hotel is nice, old school. Staff was wonderful. Room was dated but well kept and clean.

Great stay
Pros:

I enjoyed all the staff attitude , specially Patricia Martinez in the restaurant and Antonio and Santiago in the lobby , and Alan as housekeeping, super friendly people! Also the location and cleanliness was superb

Cons:

That i had to change rooms twice due first the ac not able to control and the second time due noise of gym being way to loud since I was in the room above it

Cons:

Falta entrenamiento a las hostess jóvenes del restaurant, deben ser menos invasivas al acercarse a los comensales, saber en qué momento pueden acercarse sin interrumpir una conversación
