Pros:

I was very satisfied with my stay here and would come back again. Checking in and checking out was easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

No complaints. I enjoyed my stay here at the Best western.

Didn't feel safe.

Kind receptionist ay check-in.

Cons:

It's very old to be in the Fossil Creek area I was very surprised. The hallways need new carpet and never been in a room with absolutely no carpet and I guess the ones before me took the batteries out the remote and I was told a charge to contact front desk. My friend came to get me because of all the traffic in the hallway. Sorry I was very disappointed.

Cons:

If you charge a pet deposit, dont charge the daily rate for pets. Also your staff should tell people this before they book and not after they've booked a non refundable stay.

Disappointing, the ad doesn't deliver what it promises.
Pros:

I don't like anything about the hotel. Their advertising is misleading.

Cons:

The reception staff's attitude wasn't very good. They told us they wouldn't clean during our stay and that if we wanted them to, we'd have to pay extra. The listing said breakfast was included, but there wasn't even a coffee maker. The room had a kitchenette, but no utensils. Just leave a small bar of soap in the bathroom; don't leave shampoo or any other toiletries. We found a small cockroach in the bathroom.
I'm disappointed because the hotel's listing is misleading.

Cons:

They put us in a room next to a screaming couple who argued for several hours. From 4am to 6am and again the next day. The guy screamed this is my room which means they are permanent residents. At ck out the desk admitted this happens all the time, but why put us next to them. The couples room was located next to the office room 113. Sorry, the room was nice, but the loud screams was over whelming.

Pros:

There was a musty smell throughout and the 4th floor hallway carpet was badly stained. The room was ok for a single guy traveling, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with my family there. It reminded me of some old Navy Enlisted Barracks.
