Seven Zea Chic Hotel

Bed was horrible was like sleeping on rock. Was so bad I rebook a different hotel just a half a block away and left 6 days early

It was worse than domitory style hostels.

Good

Staff were terrible. No breakfast even though it was booked and paid for. Best of ants in our first room. Lost my laundry and then lied. All n all, not great at al.

I just having a problem with an Internet

Very dirty

Close to the bars and beach road.

Needs an update.

シャワー等の設備は、古くて茶色の水が出たりしますが、御値段がリーズナブルなので、割り切れば良いホテルです。

War alles gut bis sehr gut, gute Lage, sauber und ruhig.

The staff is so rude and pathetic they are so arrogant am i asking them a room for free i have booked my room 20 days prior for 2 days the staff was so arrogant that they didnt smile or help me with the luggage they didnt offer even a single glass of water when i myself asked they charged money they didnt even asked me to sit they were 3 people on the reception they were making fun of me they are just pathetic wont recommend this hotel to anyone

the good thing about the hotel is that the seaview from the pool and from room is beautiful but the window films in the rooms needs some repairs...aside from this, the room is quite dated, even having some small holes on the floor. ants can be seen all around the table, toilet bathtub nob is faulty, even the face basin faucet is faulty... have talked to the receptions but they seem not to understand much English,

requested an early check in since we will also checkout the same time we check in, was asked for a thousand baht. They were not as friendly as what a staff should be. We were expecting a good service since we saw good reviews. I am disappointed. I’d rather book different hotel with the price they asked me to pay upon check-in.

朝食付きの値段で予約したが、卵2個とパンとコーヒーだったので、それなら違うところでたべても良かった。

The Seven Zea medium/large room was clean with a good modern bathroom.
The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair, safe and a comfortable bed. The breakfast available is basic. The staff is friendly and efficient. The beach and many shops, bars are all within a 5 minute walk.
The small carpark and nice roof top swimming pool is a plus. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

Room 204 was filthy, black hairs all over the floor. False eyelash by the telephone and old crusty food behind the bedside table. Glass was unwashed and gross. Requested a quiet located room but was given one right at the top of stairs to reception. Needless to say it wasn’t quiet. Wooden flooring damaged and unkept. Lights kept going out every 10 mins but was sorted by staff. Returned to room to find a 4-5cm cockroach in bathroom. It’s horrible but ok I accept it. Asleep in bed I hear scuttling sound, switch light on 1am find another big cockroach on the floor. Reception won’t do anything as they say they’re full and refuse to call manager. 7am wake up to my friend killing another cockroach. Enough is enough, reception finally offer us newer room on 4th floor @ 2pm. Change room, better but still dirty, leaking plumbing in bathroom but no cockroach. Try to use pool in evening, lazy unmotivated staff member who is eating food and on his phone says ‘we’re out’ of pool towels. Makes no effort to get an alternative for us. Appalling attitude, why the hell isn’t management doing something about this poor service from their staff. Only plus side is the view from the rooftop pool particularly at sunset. Shame glass is so filthy you can’t see from pool or rooms. Would never stay again and was the most disappointing hotel I stay in Thailand for over 30 years.

Rude man at check-in and pool area filthy with broken deck, nothing like photos. Unable to see what would be a lovely view as the glass around the pool is filthy. The toilets at the pool area smell disgusting. Tried for early check-in but impossible before 2pm.

키가 하나여서 불편했고 키사용법도 익숙치 않았어요 하지만 가격 대비 전망도 괜찬았고 조용해서 좋았어요
