Pros:

Staff were very friendly. The manager in training was very attentive.

Cons:

Too loud. Other guests and staff painting right outside our door early in the morning. Housekeeping was knocking at the door before 8am and actually opened the door.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Navette à l'aéroport (une par heure), accueil très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés le matin et avons rapidement eu nos chambres. Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous. Ils nous ont organisé une service de taxi également pour faire une balade avec les enfants. Tout était bien organisé et le chauffeur ponctuel.
La chambre est suffisante pour une halte d'aéroport.
Les dîners et petits déjeuners plus que convenables, j'ai pris des clubs sandwichs et toasts excellents. (Attention plus grande quantité que ce qu'on peut imaginer pour le prix).
Nous revenons dans 15 jours avec grand plaisir.

Pros:

Great service from arriving to the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Catching the shuttle from the airport is hassle free after a long trip.

Quick layover in Jo'burg
Pros:

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was very convenient and timely. There is also a nice mall near the hotel that has restaurants, and grocery store, and various shops like Cape Union Mart. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide variety of foods.

Cons:

Due to safety concerns, we weren't able to walk to the mall even though it was so close. The hotel arranged a taxi, which was nice. Hotel can't control the area, but unfortunately, it seems that the location isn't the best in that regard.
