Pros:

It just did not seem very clean, and had a strange smell. Overall, it could be updated and deep cleaned with detail.

Pros:

We arrived after 24 hours of plane travel. We were great warmly, even though the staff was very busy with some unhappy travelers. I room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Restraunt staff was exceptional ecspecially Lizwe. I would definitely stay again

A quick stop in Jozie
Pros:

Check in was a pleasure
The room was very clean and comfortable with all basic amenities available in the room
Shower worked well
I even got a late check out for 1pm
Overall staff and service is great
I definitely recommend and will certainly use this facility again

Pros:

The have a free shuttle to and from the Airport. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is really good and the cost is reasonable. I will definitely be coming back. Marcia in the restaurant was especially helpful.

The property was lovely. They have a little bar where the prices were very reasonable. The staff was helpful when we had questions and were friendly. The only “complaints” we had were that our sink in our room was blocked up and drained suupppeeerrr slowly, and the air conditioner didn’t work well. When we turned it on high it started to drip a lot of water and wet our luggage.

Overall though we were fairly happy with the hotel for the price, and it was nice that they included airport shuttle!

Only had a one night stay between transfer flights so wasn’t expecting a great deal, hotel was basic but functional, with clean bedding, which was all we kind of expected at the price paid. Free shuttle a bonus and staff were all really friendly and couldn’t help enough

The room as not very clean. The shower had mold and was not clean. On the floor there was yelling in the halls and partying until 4 in the morning. The staff did nothing about this. The noise and chaos began again at 8 AM. My luggage was stowed while I was away for a couple of weeks. Upon return they could not find my luggage. It took 20 minutes to find it. It was not tagged properly. I would not stay here again. The price was good, but it was not restful and caused me stress.
