Rezydencja Cleopatra

Stayed 4 nights in a 45 m2 suite with approx 3,5 m under the ceiling, a fantastic room. Good size fridge. The room faced the main street in the old town but the windows were well insulated so no problem with noise (windows could be opened). The bathroom was good and had sufficient size. The breakfast was quite ok, coffe very good. You will hardly find a better location than here on the main street of the old town with regards to bars, restaurants and atmosphere as well as the base for exploring Lublin. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we really loved this place !

Hotel situated above the restaurant . Windows to the Main Street in Lublin. A little bit to loud but hotel is in the central area. Around a lot of restaurants and bars. No elevator inside the building and was hard to find someone who is working on the reception. the crew spoke poor English and weak polish. Room big and clean.

Lovely little hotel right in the old town, not the ritz, but for the price, was above all expectations, I will definitely stay again 😀

Veldig bra service, hyggelig personale. Perfekt beliggenhet! God mat og mye liv i helgen, men fortsatt ikke bråkete på hotellrommet. Rommet var utrolig stort, hadde alt vi trengte og vi var storfornøyde! Skal booke samme hotell ved neste besøk! Anbefales

Sentral beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen. Rene rom og veldig bra WiFi, frokosten var god og kaffen veldig god. Ikke heis.

Przytulny, kameralny hotel na Starym Mieście w Lublinie, w historycznej kamienicy. Położony w bezpośredniej okolicy Bramy Grodzkiej i Zamku, blisko dworca autobusowego. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, smaczne śniadania. Czyste i wygodne pokoje. Niestety hotel nie ma windy (nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało ale w niektórych sytuacjach może stanowić problem).

The staff members were outstanding. They were really nice and helpful. The place was clean. Free breakfast. The hotel is at the heart of the city. The only negative review about this hotel is that they do not have an elevator. Just remember that before booking for this hotel. Everything else was great

The hotel is in a good place in the center. The food from the menu is very good.
The rooms are clean and have air conditioning.
My only gripe is the breakfast was not brilliant everything's been cooked then just left in pans for guests to take ( buffet style) but everything's cold the later you come for breakfast the colder it is as there not in warmers. But for the price and the location it is a small issue. Very nice hotel indeed

Doskonała lokalizacja - w sercu lubelskiej starówki, w bliskim sąsiedztwie domu, w którym mieszkał jako uczeń J.I. Kraszewski, niemal naprzeciw Teatru NN Brama Grodzka i bliziutko do zamku i kaplicy jagiellońskiej z niezwykłymi freskami!
Obsługa bardzo miła, niezwykle uczynna i równocześnie profesjonalna, doskonale radząca się z niespodziewanymi trudnościami.
Drobnym mankamentem był brak windy (ale codzienne ćwiczenia z chodzenia po schodach wzmacniają kondycję fizyczną i psychiczną turysty, a pracownicy deklarowali pomoc przy wnoszeniu bagażu, więc nie było problemu). Niektórym może przeszkadzać specyficzny zapach w łazience (pięknie zadbanej i wysprzątanej, ale znajdującej się w starej kamienicy, co może być wytłumaczeniem).
Na parterze hotelu przytulna restauracja z ukwieconym patio, więc zawsze można liczyć na strawę, a klienci hotelowi mają 20% zniżki :)
Zatem warto się tu zatrzymać i poznać uroki Starego Miasta.

Samo centrum, wszędzie blisko, miła obsługa hotelowa, wszystko załatwione bez najmniejszego problemu

Stayed in this hotel for four nights and Don't have any complaint at all. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. Very helpful staff with very good food. Breakfast was included in the room price and the choice for breakfast was huge. It was a buffet system and the quality of the food was just amazing. Would recommend to anyone and is very close to transport links and town. 5 STAR experience without a doubt.

Pokoje przestrzenne ale korytarze wykafelkowane co trochę burzyło ogólne wrażenie. Śniadanie smaczene, ale skromne. Brak parkingu. Najbliższy parking miejski 400 m od hotelu pod zamkiem lubelskim.

Located in the heart of history in Lublin was a good magnificent plus for me. I will come back

Nice but plenty of stairs to climb. 52 to be exact. Staff outstanding and very helpful. I would stay again. Would recommend but not if you had any difficulty in climbing stairs

This hotel was good enough for my sightseeing purpose. I used a taxi from the railway station which somehow drove me in front of the hotel. So, I tried to use a taxi again back to the train station. But the reception said that I have to wait for it at the downstairs area of Grodzka Gate, which was somewhat inconvenient. To make matters worse, the taxi did not show up after 10 minutes' wait. For better efficiency, you should simply use the taxi stand near Grodzka Gate. (I had to cancel the hotel-arranged taxi, but the phone number listed under Expedia.com is incorrect. So, I had to go back and forth with my luggage, which worsened my experience.)
