El recepcionista al inicio se negó a darme una mejor habitación, habiendo disponibilidad al yo percatarme de esto personalmente y luego de tanto pedir que me cambien de habitación, otra persona de recepción que no era la misma me ayudo al ver que yo confirme que si había disponibilidad, ya que ninguno de los 2 me quería ayudar al inicio.

Gran opcion en Cuenca
Pros:

Buena ubicacion, fuera del centro, pero muy cerca caminando. Las instalaciones son modernas, la habitacion amplia y comoda.

El desayuno es a la carta, y con un pequeño buffet, es rico y abundante, aunque tiene espacio de mejora en cuanto a la preparacion.
