Grand Pigalle Experimental

The shower didnt work in the room- we asked twice if it could be fixed so it didn't immediately flood the whole bathroom. The staff looked confused when we explained and said it wouldnt be possible to get someone out. Not really what you expect when you are paying this much for a room.

Very friendly, clean and classy, yet trendy boutique hotel in a convenient location! The staff went above and beyond in making our honeymoon stay quite special! Though it was a small room, we absolutely loved our little balcony and the spacious bathroom by Paris standards. Beautiful decor and lovely shower, toiletries etc. Cannot say enough praise for the staff! Merci, beaucoup!

It was a great hotel, with a restaurant and wonderful rooms. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the towels were very soft. I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at GPE. The staff were so friendly and the food at Frenchie Pigalle was really good. The rooms have a wonderfully moody design and I appreciated the radio they played jazz. Good mini-bar options, safe area, great people!

What a beautiful property, helpful staff and very clean.

We stayed 2 nights on a trip through France. This is a very traditional hotel with some modern touches. Being an older building the rooms and lift are small and staircase spiral and compact. The room and bed were comfortable and thankfully had modern double glazed windows and air conditioning. Personally I would not bother again with a balcony as the view is just over the bistro on the other side of the road. All staff were very friendly and helpful

This might be the perfect petit hotel. We arrived early from our train and we were able to get into our rooms right away, and they upgraded one. The rooms are just right and the location is excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We will be back!

What a beautiful hotel and room! It was super clean and comfortable, we had the best sleep ever. We loved the surrounding area. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. ❤️

A date weekend in this hotel which was wonderful. The hotel is in a lovely location, lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Our room had a balcony which had lovely views of the streets nearby. Gorgeous decor and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was cute but a lot of it was under construction and a bit of a mess on our floor. Carpet was pulled up and we woke up to people working on construction of the hallway outside our room. Completely understand that they are trying to refresh it but to pay nearly 300 a night for that experience didn’t feel fair. Great staff and I’m sure the space will have a better feel once restored.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Pigalle Experimental with our two children (ages 11 and 10). The entire staff was amazing. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, we were met with a friendly, enthusiastic front desk person who clearly took pride in their job. We were always offered cans of water upon leaving the hotel for the day. The hotel itself is located in a great area, with lots of eating and drinking options nearby. The area is quite loud and hopping in the evening, but we embraced the energy and enjoyed the liveliness. We find the Pigalle area very walkable and it seems very safe (this was our third time staying in this area). The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are what you would expect in terms of size and amenities for Paris. The only downside was the air conditioning in our room only intermittently worked. It was not a huge issue though because it was rather cool for July. Overall, the hotel offered a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Charming hotel. Nice staff. Our room had a nice balcony to enjoy the street life. Fabulous restaurant downstairs with more within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Mikayla at check in was wonderful and overall a nice stay within a convenient location.

The cafe downstairs is a miss for me - as the waitress staff was very cold and once she checked me in for breakfast, she never looked at me or asked what I wanted to order, until another girl came along.
And even asking for water, she never came back but yet gave the other tables water. So dont know if it was me she had a problem with - but was not a nice experience.

Had a great time! The staff were amazing and super helpful.
