Good hotel!
Pros:

It was a solid little hotel. Exactly what you would expect, and price pretty much matched the amenities. Good parking lot. Not far from the city center and close to the beach. I stayed in winter so not much else to say. Free coffee in your room.

Cons:

The coffee was free, but some of the worst hotel coffee lol

Pros:

The oceanfront rooms can't be beat! Amazing views for a great price. And they are pet friendly, although the $20/night/pet fee seems a little steep. Everything was clean.

It was a good place to spend a night and the amazing view was the redeeming factor.
Pros:

The view is amazing. The room seemed clean, as well as the pool. The price was good. No problems with check in. The kitchen has everything you would need and appliances are newer.

Cons:

The room is very dated, not retro-cool, just worn out. Definitely needs remodeling. If it was updated, am sure they would charge a lot more.

Near Perfect Stay
Pros:

Appreciate pet-friendly rooms even tho we decided not to bring the little dog. Good location near any shopping or dining needs. Kitchens! Warm pool! Awesome view from little patio! Super friendly staff we will be back! Hot baths are a luxury for me, so the tub was much appreciated slightly narrow but long enough to comfortably lay in. Love the fireplace ambiance!

Cons:

Only point for perfection would be a hot tub. Also noticed all ocean-view rooms have stairs which would be disappointing for wheelchair guests.

Relaxing off-season experience.
Pros:

Great location for off-season relaxing. My pet-friendly room was clean, but not too perfect to be comfortable. The view of a winter's high tide was great.
