Needs some updating, but you can’t beat the price, location, and extra details in the rooms!
Pros:

Fabulous location, having two bathrooms is a HUGE plus. Excellent tv. Having a full kitchen is incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The couch was so old you could visibly see the springs pushing to break through the cushion fabric. Time for a new couch! The bed was a little lumpy as well, but I actually slept fine on it.

Pros:

We travelled with toddlers and two dogs. The room had a stunning view of the ocean and a safe balcony for the toddlers. The beach itself is amazing. You can walk in one direction to the town of Rockaway Beach and beyond and, in the other, I still have not walked to the end of the beach. We loved the staff, the pool, the proximity to so many great adventures (Tillamook Creamery, Nehalem Bay, Oceanside, etc., etc.). The town of Rockaway beach was lovely with lots of great restaurants, food trucks, artisan stores and much more. A great stay. I have travelled to the Oregon coast for many years and this is my favourite spot for all of the foregoing reasons.

Cons:

As we have toddlers, the only ask I would have had is to have a chain lock on the inside/top of the door so that they could not easily exit. Not a huge issue for most. We did rig up a bungee cord alternate after the first "escape" :)

I will make another trip. My daughters and I made our first memory and just as we wanted it.
Pros:

Walking distance to the beach. The rooms separated and had their own entertainment. The fire place being electric was a nice touch, having a balcony for the open view to see the sun and the moon.

Cons:

Carpet needs deep cleaning. However, this place has all and more you can book.

Our stay was fantastic and well worth the four hour drive from our home. We will return to Rockaway
Pros:

Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a brand new sponge on the sink. It was spring break and so lots of people around, everyone was happy and kind.

Cons:

The only frustration was that the wifi dropped out constantly.

The perfect place to stay in Rockaway for our spur of the moment beach trip.
Pros:

We had a lovely room overlooking the beach and could wake up and see the ocean. The bed was very comfortable with warm blankets. We enjoyed the kitchenette, even though we didn't need it. The in foom gas fireplace was great for ambience.

Cons:

There was no seating directly across from the tv, but that was okay. We weren't there to watch television.
