Nice place close to the historical city of Antigua Guatemala.
Pros:

Close to the historical sites in the city. Can walk to restaurants. Pretty place. Volcano was alive and erupting.

Cons:

Noisy room - all the sound outside the door could be heard. They had plumbing problems and had to keep entering our room to troubleshoot that and disturbed our privacy and rest time.

Tiene un estilo rústico típico de la antigua, bien decorado y acogedor

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran ultra pequeñas y el baño no tenía como cerrarse. No hay forma de ir al baño cerrando la puerta, lo cual es súper incómodo. Durante la estadía nos quedamos sin agua en la habitación por lo que no podíamos utilizar el lavamanos ni el inodoro. El precio es altísimo para lo que ofrecen. Pude haberme quedado en un mejor lugar por lo que pagué

Camas muy cómodas, el hotel se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la plaza central, de un Elektra (Banco Azteca) para el cambio de dólares a quetzales y de un mercado de artesanías grande (encuentras de todo)

breakfast was yummy. hotel facilities were pretty and very nice. location was close to everything. free water throughout the hotel which was also very nice to see.

there was no hot water throughout our whole stay. the breakfast staff was nice but the front desk people were not especially the lady... it was kind of loud at night too

No fue la mejor estadía.
Pros:

El lugar es bonito, camas aceptables.

Cons:

Hay gradas y el personal no te ayuda a subir el equipaje.
El desayuno es extremadamente pequeño, pareciera que te dan una porción para niños.

Adicional no se porque ponen una cadena en la entrada a todas horas, es molesto estarla quitando. También el portón del Parqueo de vehículos lo cierran y nadie te abre, tuve que llamar al número que me apareció en google del hotel para que me pudieran abrir.

En general no lo recomendaría, no vale lo que pagas.
