The pool isn’t a pool and it wasn’t clean. We were very excited to use the pool but it was extremely small. The room wasn’t dusted, the coffee maker was with mold. We stood 2 nights and I got a clean coffee maker on my last day in the afternoon so I could use it. The staff weren’t too kind in the reception.
Definitely the room, it was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. We had room 21 with 4 beds. The room was very spacious with a lot of drawers, benches and a small closet to fit all our clothes and luggages. The people in the restaurant were very polite, breakfast was as good and coffee was very good

We received room number 6 I think. The room was incredibly stuffy and hot. We could not open the window as it was directly facing the busiest street. Even when closed, you could hear everything happening on the street, and in fact anything happening in the room next to ours. We spoke to reception about this, who offered no solution.
We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but left after 2 hours, and found somewhere else to stay. Hotel did not offer any more help or ask about anything, despite seeing us checking out so quickly.

Location is very central and the hotel also looks very nice
The room they gave for me and my 2 other friends was too small and the bathroom was small and smelly, water was not always working. also the bathroom was comunicating with the bathroom of another room and you could hear everything. After they changed it it was a bit better but still the bad smell was in that bathroom too
Gostei da localização face ao centro da cidade. Gostei do facto de me deixarem guardar as minhas malas, antes do check in e depois do check out. O terraço é um espaço muito agravável para observar a cidade. O facto de ter uma pequena piscina, é um bónus, nos dias de calor.
Não gostei de ter de pagar um sumo à parte no pequeno almoço, quando o mesmo deveria ser parte da refeição. Ou ainda, ter de pagar à parte, se quisesse mais café. Num hotel de 3 estrelas, isto é inadmissível!

Good location within easy distance of most tourist spots in the center. Room 19 was amazingly large for a hotel room, had stairs to a second floor, and had an outdoor balcony. We had our kids with us, so the extra space was great. When we returned we were in room 20 which had enough beds for all of us, but we missed the balcony.
This isn't really a negative; more like a "neutral". Staff were very business-like, good at checking people in, finding storage for bags, etc., but kept it that way. Some travelers like warmth, others prefer to just have quiet efficiency. This is more of the "quiet efficiency" end of the scale.
