Pros:

Staff is very helpful. Hotel is close to restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Santa Catalina Arch. The roof top has unobstructed views of volcanoes Aqua, Fuego and Acatenango.

Cons:

Bathroom is too small. There is no chair in the room.

We loved the spacious Family Deluxe Room, comfortable beds, daily cleaning service, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, great hot water in the shower, the convenient walking distance to everything, and the smooth airport shuttle service.

Cons:

The pool was too small for the kids to swim comfortably, the room floors were a bit dirty, and milk for coffee and juice at breakfast were charged as extras.

Pros:

Based on the photos I would say this was highly overrated. I don’t see how this hotel has a rating of 4 stars. It is closer to a 2 star at best.

Cons:

Beds were hard, bathrooms extremely small, shared wall with another bathroom where gapped bricks allowed you to hear everything next door as the shower shared the wall. Next to Main Street so you hear traffic all night and morning.

The hotel is centrally located and set around a beautiful patio. The breakfast is excellent and varies each day, allowing guests to enjoy a wide range of traditional dishes.
