Pros:

La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo!. El hotel muy lindo!.

Cons:

Desayuno muy pequeño, deberian de servir mas frijoles. Debería de incluir tortillas (no pan). Y lo que me molesto es que me hayan cobrado el parqueo despues del check out (deberia de estar dentro del servicio). Muy mal con eso!

Situé sur une rue bruyante
Personnel qui parle même pas trois mots d’anglais à la réception
On vous donne les clefs mais on vous dit pas qui se trouve la chambre
Piscine qui ressemble plus à une pataugeoire qu’autre chose….
Petit déjeuner inclus mais on n’a la surprise de vous facturer un extra de 10 quetzales pour 3 gouttes de lait dans le café et 15 quetzal pour un jus d’orange.
Chambre de base propre mais très petite

Hotel bonito y personal agradable y servicial. Buen desayuno. Muy céntrico.

Cons:

La habitación era muy oscura al estar en la planta baja y dar al patio interior.. Recomiendo solicitar una habitación en los pisos superiores

Comfy bed. Great location. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was very weirdly arranged. It felt like they squished the maximum beds in a tiny room. It was fine but not something i would rave about. The shower didnt have hot water. When we said something they said that we should let it run for 8 minutes for the hot water. Seems like a waste of water. And it also never got really hot.. just a bit warm.

Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, el servicio fue excelente, la comida deli. Siempre había agua en filtro para servirse. Pero destacó sobretodo la disposición de todas las personas que allí trabajan.

Cons:

Se escuchaba todo de la habitación del lado.

Pagamos 200 dólares por una noche en una habitación que no tenía ni agua caliente. Llegamos al hotel a las 9 pm y nos dijeron que nos calláramos (solo estábamos hablando) porque molestábamos a los otros huéspedes. Obedecimos. A las 5 am nos despertó un escándalo en la habitación de al lado y no hicieron nada.

Emplacement proche centre

Cons:

Chambre numéro 5 donnant sur la route, impossible de dormir, on se croit sur l’autoroute. Inadmissible de louer une telle chambre ! Étions en panne de voiture et avions besoin d’un stockage des bagages, avons dû payer une chambre que nous n’utiliserions pas 1100quetzals, pour retrouver nos bagages dans un cagibi le lendemain 😣😡

La atención del personal, la limpieza y el desayuno.

Cons:

Tienen una fuente junto a las habitaciones del primer piso, es incómodo el ruido para dormir. También que el baño no tenía ventilación.
