Endroit très propre avec un personnel très accueillant et agréable
La première nuit , nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur la rue, impossible de dormir! Mais ils nous ont gentiment changé de chambre
A colazione la mattina non è possibile fare pagare un piccolo bricco di latte come elemento addizionale della colazione. Per piccole cose l'immagine della struttura perde un valore molto grande.
Inoltre, non e possibile che una struttura di questo livello abbia l'aerazione del bagno comunicante con il bagno della stanza adiacente, consentendo di sentire tutto.

le stanze al piano terra non hanno aria condizionata
se prenoti un transfer con loro, anche per 5 persone é arrivata un'auto normale costringendoci a viaggiare per 1 ora seduti uno sopra l'altro con alcuni bagagli tra le gambe.

L’albergo è molto bello e ben tenuto. La posizione è buona e lo staff molto disponibile.
La colazione può essere migliorata notevolmente con poche accortezze (ad esempio averedisposizione, un tè o del succo) e debbono essere sistemati necessariamente gli scarichi dell’aria e i bagni.

Nonostante avessero camere libere non ci hanno fatto fare il check-in prima delle 15. Eravamo in 4 e la camera era talmente piccola che abbiamo dovuto lasciare le valigie fuori dalla stanza: non c’erano abbastanza prese nella camera per tutti i caricatori. Ci siamo asciugati i capelli fuori dalla camera. La mattina avevamo un bus in partenza alle 8 e abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di anticipare la colazione ma ci hanno risposto di no: alle 7.30 alla zona colazione era tutto pieno e non siamo riusciti nemmeno a prendere un caffè…’scusate ma abbiamo già 4 ordini’ é stata la risposta.

Hotel con encanto en el centro de Antigua. Zonas comunes muy cuidadas.
La habitación para 4 era muy pequeña, lo mismo que el baño. Hubiéramos agradecido algo más de espacio.
Location was great. I was able to walk around town and explore.
Breakfast was delicious.
Room was good except for the bathroom sewage stink was horrendous.

Location perfetta per girare a piedi Antigua, colazione buona anche se sarebbe apprezzato il succo di arancia incluso nel prezzo. Camera pulita, per quattro un po’ piccola ma ci siamo trovati bene :)
La ubicación es muy céntrica y el parque esta muy bien
