Suites at the Beach

Every thing is out dated looks dirty . The lock is broken on the door leading to balcony. They had a wood stick shoved down in the track to keep the door from getting opened . Our bed the right side of the foot of bed was broken down. Every time you get in elevator you come out smelling like you were in there smoking weed. When we sat on the balcony it was the same way the stitch of weed would knock you down. There is no way I will ever stay here again.

when we arrived to our room, you could tell it had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty with visible dirt. There was some kind of plastic piece on the floor that was broke from something. There was a big piece of foam laying in the middle of the hallway. The baseboards were covered in dust. The balcony door blind was broken and barely hanging on the door. The bathroom door had a hole in the back of it like some white punched it, and there was mold on the ceiling. The sheets, looked , dingy, and old there were old stains on the sheets as well. I used to do travel nursing so then I have stayed at many motels at Myrtle Beach and this one was by far the worse one. We called the one 800 number they gave us and they sent up two people to come look at the room who smelled of marijuana. The owner told me that housekeeping would come the next morning to clean and they came in at 7:16 AM open the door and closed it and did not come back that day until 7:23 AM the next morning but still did not clean I have never had housekeeping come that early in the morning while on vacation. The owner also told me she would refund some money. I still have not seen it. There's also no ice machine in the hotel. oh, and I almost forgot there was somebody's dirty sock behind the bedside table and an open bag of Cheetos in the drawer.

Couldn't go out on the front side porch the door knob was broken and the door won't open other than that it was very nice

No cooking utensils. No skillet,no steak knives

Roaches in this place . We had booked 4 rooms for 4 different families and all rooms had roaches, dirty not clean ,stinks i wanted to leave right away Would never come back

I didn't like that I was texted my rooming info, but when I got there it was another family with the same room. Also it took several hours for housekeeping to bring fresh towels, but no rags. Also thry didn't come and tidy the room while we were out.

Wasn't clean. No staff ever at desk. Could not find where to get towels.one bed was broke and they offered a refund but where could we have got 4th of July weekend. No discount offered for bed or any other inconvenience. After complaining they would not even reply to emails. Never again.
