Complicated and Inconvenient
Pros:

Clean, but will charge you for any towels that you may soil, so you may want to bring your own as they also do not provide makeup towels.

Cons:

Require a CASH deposit and you will need to check out in person and wait while they inspect your room, which I find to be patronizing. The check in process was needlessly lengthy. There are rules written up and posted EVERYWHERE. Apparently rather than improve their customer experience, they want to require you read a manual before booking. I will never stay here again.

Dirty blankets, sticky floors, not friendly staff, and bad shower conditions.

Nothing.

Cons:

The floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to it as I walked. If you were not wearing shoes, your white socks would immediately turn black from the dirt and dust. The hotel's cleanliness was horrible. The water from the shower would spill out onto the bathroom floor. The staff was not kind. The blankets on the bed were ripped in several places and stained. The area around the hotel was not pleasant.

It was nice but I wish the parking lot was not in the back
Pros:

It was good but the type of people that lives there, not so much

Cons:

The parking lot. There was suspicious people in there at night, it smelled like a lot of weed. Also the first night we stayed there was no toiletries, thank God I always have mine w me but I needed hand soap at least. Sink was alittle backed up.

Fine room pathetic man at office

Cons:

The amazingly rude front office staff and their ridiculous $150 cash deposit and not accepting business debit cards only credit cards. He insulted me and my intelligence and stopped looking at me, asked me to basically go somewhere else as I was too dumb to understand? Pathetic customer service in 2026 in LA.

Pros:

Location was good and staff was really nice and professional.

Cons:

In the shower we found women's hair in the shower and on the floor. Towels also smelt clean but had hair in them.

I won’t be staying here again
Pros:

Convenience, it’s a perfect area for work. I have to get done.

Cons:

There’s quite a bit of riffraff in the parking lot at night. It’s probably because it’s a reasonably priced hotel but there’s people wandering around all hours of the night. I got to my room put my bags down, lifted the comforter and on the sheets were probably about 30 pubic hairs so I don’t think they changed the sheets.. there was an awful lot of hairs around the vanity and bathroom area and the drain in the shower did not work so my shower was very short.

The property has recently been updated with new bathrooms and furniture. Clean, comfortable and an attentive staff. Rooms towards the street are a bit noisy, if you want quiet request a room in the back. A number of restaurants are nearby.
