la atencion del personal tanto de la recepcion como del restaurante EXCELENTE, el desayuno bueno.

Cons:

la habitacion estaba plagada de mosquitos en la habitacion y el baño, ademas la iluminacion es muy pobre(tenue) y es deprimente.

El servicio por parte de los empleados, el desayuno y que tiene parking. 5 estrellas bien ganadas.

Cons:

Really nice short stay in Merida
Pros:

The Hotel was great for a short stay in Merida. The pool area was super nice to have to cool down after a hot day. The rooms were good but nothing special, furniture could use an update. The breakfast was also good, but quite small with and not much variety. Having the parking lot is definitely a plus. The location was also good and we could visit city by foot.

Cons:

Breakfast could improve, option to have combined fruit, eggs/mexican and something sweet and not only one dish. Internet was a bit slow.
