Pros:

The hotel is in an old colonial house, in all its old-fashioned beauty. It is really nicely renovated and even if I expected a normal hotel door... I was impressed by this old-fashioned one :) The location is in the center, next to the main square.

Was not pleasant but summertime must be fine

The location is fantastic

Cons:

The rooms need to be more comfortable and clean. But the major issue was our room was extremely cold. We had to seal the button of the door and the opening in the bathroom to keep to cold air coming in . Absolutely no heat available.

Pros:

It doesn't get any more central - the hotel is just next to the main square which is always full of life. The rooms were quiet though and provided a good and safe refuge, sometimes with a spartanic touch, since it's a very nice historic building. The adjacent restaurant was great for every meal. All staff was very helpful.

Cons:

We were thankful for the constant presence of (always friendly) security guards, but perhaps it is not necessary for them to have loud conversations in person or over the radio at 6h in the morning just next to the rooms. We were woken up by that almost every night, asking ourselves if everything's alright.

Muy adecuado y muy buena relación satisfacción precio.
Pros:

Ubicación, atención, habitaciones, su antigüedad y estado de conservación.

Cons:

Tienen problemas con red de agua interna, me explicaron q al ser un inmueble catalogado no pueden hacer las reparaciones o adecuaciones necesarias, el INHA debe dictaminar, autorizar y supervisar cualquier cosa que hagan.
Eso justifica sus deficiencias.
