Pros:

建物がクラシカルで落ち着いていて、大人の空間として大変素晴らしいホテルでした。
館内は、廊下やロビーの広さと清潔感が森の延長戦に感じられ、滞在中の全ての時間が癒され落ち着いて過ごす事ができました。

外は、カラマツの香りがエリア中に漂っていて、朝の散歩、お風呂へ移動中もずっと非日常気分を高めてくれました。

スタッフさんは、若手の皆様が笑顔で大変丁寧にお世話してくださり素敵な時間となりました。有難うございました。

自然の中で一息休息
Pros:

周辺を散策する自然環境がすばらしい。ホテルの対応も気品あるものでした。鹿には出会ったが熊の気配は無かった。温泉棟は距離は近いが急坂で息苦しいが送迎バスがありました。

Cons:

パンフ記載事項で館内外の些細な一般的情報伝達が不足。

とてもリラックス出来ました！また来ます！
Pros:

木々に囲まれてリラックスが出来ました。お部屋もクラシカルな雰囲気で落ち着きがあり、とても素晴らしかったです。
お食事も夜はフレンチコース、朝は和食洋食から選べて、メインは運んできていただけるので落ちついて頂く事ができました。
朝湖を一周する散策コースがとても良かったです。
癒されました。温泉も気持ちよかったです。
売店に売っていた「くるみかれん」という地元の洋菓子店のお菓子がとても美味しくて、今まで知らなかったお菓子だったのでこちらも嬉しい発見でした。
紅葉の季節にまた訪れたいです✨

Cons:

温泉で利用した別棟の自動販売機が電子マネーを使えると嬉しいです。
お財布を持たずにスマホだけ持って移動していた為お風呂上がりにドリンクが買えずにちょっと不便でした🙇‍♀️
