I am amazed that you would advertise rooms that is misleading and NOT fit for purpose.
Pros:

The manager was understanding that we were not happy with the accommodation.

Cons:

• Pungent smell in the hallway, bedroom and bathroom areas.
• Misleading and deceptive advertising. The room listed online is spacious, clean, airy, and includes a wardrobe with drawers and a chair.
• The actual room is small and narrow and less airy than the room advertised. There is no wardrobe with drawers to store clothes neatly and there is no chair in the room. Paint is peeling from the walls indicating it hasn’t been painted for years, and the walls feel dirty to touch. The old carpet tiles have a funny odor whilst the roller blind is separated at the bottom. In addition, the window is dirty on the outside and appears not to be cleaned for a while.
• The pictures of the bathroom online are shown when it was originally renovated. However, it is in a poor state now with cheap rectifications carried out over the years. This is evident by the repairs to the bathroom sink on the wall and the floor. The window is filthy and dust is evident at the upper wall tiles edge. It is not fit for purpose.
• Regarding the bath area, this was when my son and I realized that we wouldn’t be staying here for three nights as it too did have a pungent smell and is also due for renovation.

Stayed twice in the last 12 months and will stay again. Great rooms and facilities.
Pros:

Have stayed before, will stay again. Comfy beds, nice linen, poofy pillows, AC room, Both times I have stayed the room has faced the street, and room is oddly/extremely "soundproof" from the traffic outside, quiet for sleeping-in-relaxing and dark with the blind shut, shared bathrooms are kept very well, shampoo and bodywash station, "in-shower" provided, beer's cold, staff are friendly, security staff on-hand for assurance also, parking is easy, Pool tables, big screens in lounge area. Train station right out front. Plenty of food places nearby. Central location to many things I needed to get to. Love the place.

Cons:

Hard to be picky when all was so great. Specifically with the Hotel, once a month it wouldn't hurt to have the windows all professionally cleaned inside and out. You want to look though a clean glass window. "All the windows" and the room windows. Just a suggestion.

Pros:

Just close to train station.

Cons:

The room shown while booking online was not the one we stayed. The room had one power point and no hand basin's. Also no mirror in room. The aircorn, the water was falling in night as it disturbed my sleep. I really did not like the room as it didn't met my expectations.
