What a gem!
Pros:

What an absolute gem! This was the best value place ever. It’s a small stylish boutique hotel and very professionally run. The food is absolutely delicious and the coffee is the best I tasted in Asia. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic - on the main drag and only one minute to the beach. I cannot recommend it enough.

Pros:

The location of this property is perfect to just about anything in the village. The room itself was nothing grand but clean and completely fair for the money. The morning cafe is perfect for grabbing a great cup of coffee and a croissant and watching the people go by. The creator of FH, Phon Wanvirot went above and beyond by personally driving to the ferry dock to purchase tickets for my daughters and I. He was very friendly and professional and the gesture was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property.

Paid for room that didn't exist
Pros:

We paid for our room and when we arrived at the hotel, there wasnt even a room available for us!!!!....was so disappointed as I have been to the hotel before, and alwsys used Expedia....and now I'm worried about using them in the future

Right in the middle of everything..
Pros:

Excellent hotel and bang in the middle of where you want to be. Friendly and helpful staff. Use the restaurant a few doors up"the friendly frog"best Thai food and good value. Bho put, is a must for a couple of days.
