Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !! Nous sommes déjà venu plusieurs fois, et l'accueil est super !! merci aux responsables de l'hôtel ainsi qu'à Alberto et son frère, à Angel, et tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme !! le petit déjeuner très bien ainsi que les différents repas que nous avons pris à l'hôtel. Propreté impeccable, plage à proximité. Nous avons fait de belles rencontres et nous espérons vraiment revenir l'année prochaine !!
Attendez vous à vivre à "la Dominicaine", tout est simple, chaleureux et agréable !! Nous ne sommes pas dans un hôtel comme à Punta Cana, mais personnellement c'est ce que nous apprécions !! Encore merciiiiiii !!

The property is in a excellent location front beach ic clean . The Hotel provides lounging chairs and tables for their guest . They have drinks and food service brought to you in the beach area , it’s very safe because they have their own security people that cater to the guests and very attentive. You also have the pool if you wish not to go to the beach. It’s a small hotel the hotel has 100% constant cleaning by the maids . The breakfast is included . The breakfast is limited to any style eggs , toast, fruit, coffee juice only. You can order eggs and ham . The rooms were ok , in my room the tv had a screen problem you could only see have of the TV . It was brought to their attention there is a $100 us deposit for any room damage that they charge you CC but when it’s time check out and everything is ok please make sure you get the reversal of credit on your card on the deposit and the receipt to avoid any problems . Other then that everyone in the hotel and other guests very nice the staff professional, helpful on many ways. The hotel is inexpensive so for the money it was fine , safe, clean oh!! The hotel is a restaurant so they offer food for pay reasonable prices and the food was delicious. I had fried chicken with plantains and shrimp with spaghetti food was tasty and delicious 👍

Cons:

Don’t really have any complaints because to be a small hotel It was very accommodating for the price , safe and the staff the food was good . Only hiccup was the tv in my room had lines couldn’t see the screen they need to change it. Other then that I recommend you go if you are on a budget and want to go to the famous Boca Chica beach in Santo Domingo one of the finest beaches in the Dominican Republic where you can walk one mile or more in in the beach and the water level is at your waist and the waters are crystal clear blue with white sand and always calm like a pool with no waves👍 it’s a pool beach for sure . You will love and your family too 🇩🇴❤️🇩🇴❤️🇩🇴❤️🇩🇴

Le calme, la beauté du site avec vu sur la mer, la plage directe sur le site, les employés avenants

Le petit déjeuné était très bien, il ne manquait que du bacon de temps en temps on aurait aimé mais c'était quand même très bien. Les employés étaient supers agréables et professionnels comme Octavio, Alberto, Junior etc nous avons reçu un service impeccable, c'était la 3eme fois que nous allions à votre établissement et ça s'améliore d'une fois à l'autre, nous pensons bien y retourner. Tout est très propre partout.

Cons:

Partout où nous allons dans les hôtels en République Dominicaine, l'eau en bouteille est fournie gratuitement, avant dans votre hôtel Zapata c'était inclus mais maintenant nous devons payer les bouteilles d'eau 50 pesos tandis qu'elle se vendent 25 pesos en ville, de plus ce n'est pas indiqué à nulle part, vous devriez indiquer vos prix pour l'eau et les liqueurs sur le réfrigérateur, ce n'est pas réellement un question de prix mais vos clients devraient le savoir puisqu'on pense que c'est gratuit. Dans les salles de bain en général il manque de tablettes pour placer nos choses personnelles.

Perfect beach location, great staff, and an overall wonderful stay.
Pros:

We loved the location — you can’t get a better spot for the beach. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Special shoutout to Roberto, one of the owners, for making our stay easy and smooth. Also love the food .. they fried fish was amazing ..

Cons:

Honestly, not much. Everything was great overall and the experience was very positive.

Excellent beach resort
Pros:

The hotel managers speak perfect English. The room is as clean and had one of the best showers I have seen in a hotel with very hot water. You are on the beach and there is a good restaurant 100 feet from the hotel. Boca chica has protected shore so you can wade out 100 yards easily. It is a safe beach area.

Cons:

I wish I had stayed longer. Very crowded on weekends but Monday to Thursday is amazing
