Pros:

天然温泉があるのが良い
喫煙部屋があるのが良い

Cons:

ネットで検索するとドリンクのサービスがあるとの事だが夜は使えなく、ホテルに夜着いて温泉を堪能し、ドリンクを貰いに行ったら注意された…。
24時間にして欲しい。

温泉は最高だがタオルが1度しか支給されない…。
このホテルは温泉が良いのに、何度も入るにはタオルを持って行かないといけないのがとても残念です。
ちなみに帯広の他の温泉付きホテルは使い放題です。せっかく泉質が良いのに…。

良い感じのホテルても不便が出来るともう宿泊はしたくないです

お部屋はちょっと狭くて残念な感じでしたが、まぁ寝るだけですので…
それよりもとにかく朝食のバイキングの内容が素晴らしいのひと言でした✌まさかカプレーゼがあるとは思わなかったですし、お肉料理(豚肉)がとても美味しかったですしごぼうの素揚げも玉ねぎの天ぷらもとっても美味しかったぁ〜
たまに行く♨️定山渓の朝食バイキングよりはるかに内容が素晴らしくとてもとても美味しかったです😊
また帯広に行く機会があればまた是非来訪したいと思わせてくれるホテルでした✌
従業員の方も皆んな感じよく親切でとても心地よかったです😊

大浴場と露天風呂が良かった。部屋の中の内風呂は、温泉が出て来たような気がしたら…!?それに感激した！ソフト面のサービス、スタッフの対応も良かった。そばにあるルートインホテル帯広よりも遥かに良かったです

連敗しなければならなくなった時、翌日の宿代が同じ部屋にもかかわらず、1泊13000 円も高くなった事

帯広のグルメも楽しめる朝食が最高！
Pros:

朝食バイキングがおいしかった。
ロケーションも便利な場所で良かった。
車で行ったが、専用駐車場が横にあるのも便利だった。

Cons:

温泉は大混雑でした。露天風呂もありましたが、小さいので入らずに終わりました。温泉の混雑状況など部屋から確認できるといいのになと思った。
