Pros:

スタッフは感じ良かったです。

Cons:

喫煙ルームでしたが、タバコの匂いが強烈でレースのカーテンは真っ黄色でした。
他のホテルの喫煙ルームは、多少は臭いがありましたが、このホテルは異常なくらいの臭い。
また、ユニットバスの中に長い髪が落ちていていました。
不愉快でした。
何年か前に利用した時はきれいなイメージでしたが、残念です。

期待を超えた朝食に満足
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。朝からカレーやローストビーフ、牛乳の飲み比べなど種類が多く楽しめました。スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターが２基で、GWで混雑していることもあり、チェックイン／アウトで大きな荷物を持った人、１３階のレストランへ食事に行く人、地下１階の温泉へ行く人が混ざって混沌としていた。
