The hotel was close to a subway station and there was a coffee machine in the lobby which you could use freely. the rooms had internet.

조금비싼 모텔같은 호텔
Pros:

외부에 비해 객실은 오래된 느낌. 냄새도 그렇고 금연객실인데 입실해서 휴지통을 보니 빈담배깍이 들어있네요 ㅡㅡ. 단, 주변에 비해 조금 저렴 합니다.

Great customer service
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to a meeting I had early the next morning and it was reasonably priced. The room was clean and sufficient. This is not a luxury hotel but, for the price I would stay again. Hallways smelled like smoke but, the room did not so I was happy. The staff was very nice, when I arrived the garage was full so they valet parked my car. And to talk about service, the next morning when we got in the elevator they must have cameras because 30 seconds after we got out of the elevator, my car was up front. They offered us extra towels, free bottled water and the room was equipped with an air purifier. Great place for the price.

특실이라고 예약했는데도 엉망이었네요..

Pros:

我訂的是非吸煙房，房間內卻有煙灰缸而且煙味非常重，尋問前台得到的答案是他們沒有非吸煙房。我拿訂房確認單給他看上面明白寫著non smoking room, 前台人員只是對我搖頭，甚至因為有其客人進來時要求我離開。我得罪誰了。

It took us 5 hrs to check in due to their record (confirmation numbers) was different from Expedia's.
if you do not speak Korea, better not to try.

Pros:

We stop by the hotel in the morning to store my baggage and found out their booking record in their system was different from Expedia, I asked them to check with Expedia and will come back to check in the evening.

Can you imagine what happen then. The employee did not check with Expedia proactively and treat us like we are doing something wrong, They keep us wait for hours to check in.

The Location is so perfect for us.
Pros:

Relaxing and Fun. Easy to go anywhere because of its proximity to the substation,very accessible. One of the nice hotel getaway with family.

룸컨디션이 엉망.
Pros:

엄마와 일산에 볼일이 있어서 올라와 하룻밤을 지내기위해
이곳의 트윈룸을 예약했는데, 방에 들어서는순간 룸 컨디션에
기분이 상했습니다. 엄마가 그냥 잠만 자니깐 괜찮다고 하셔서
따로 방을 바꿔달라하지는 않았지만,
룸안에 이곳저곳에 쌓인 먼지부터, 심지어 침대 위에 먼지까지, 그리고 밤새 욕조에서 들리는
이상한 모터 소리까지, 돈이 아까울지경이었습니다.
다신 이곳에서 머물고 싶지 않네요.
