牆上都有明顯發霉⋯床鋪也不乾淨，被子發黃有明顯髒污不敢蓋，因為房間小冷氣風太強，風向也不好調整，睡覺時冷氣會直吹不太舒服，床也太高了上下床時很不容易

環境非常不衛生

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this hostel was truly frustrating and disappointing, and after reflecting for a while, I wrote down a few things that were lacking:

- The very first thing I noticed when I entered the room was black mould in the bathroom. It was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a health perspective.
- There were visible stains on the duvet, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Despite pressing the “Make Room” button during the posted staffed hours every day, no one ever came to change it. I never once saw any staff after check-in. There seemed to be no way to contact anyone for assistance. I tried to sleep without the duvet for the first few nights because of how dirty it looked, but it got too cold at night, and I eventually had no choice but to use it. The whole experience felt very unhygienic.
- As mentioned, the only time I saw a staff member was during check-in who was nice enough but for the remaining six nights, despite showing up during the hours the hostel claims to be staffed, there was no one around. It felt more like an abandoned building than a place that hosts paying guests.
- The room itself was extremely run-down. Hangers were literally hanging off nails in the wall. The walls and floors were in poor condition, clearly in need of repainting or re-wallpapering.
- Also worth noting, there are no lifts, so if you have luggage or mobility concerns, be prepared to carry everything up narrow stairs.

I understand this is a hostel and not a luxury hotel, but there should still be a minimum standard of cleanliness, basic maintenance, and staff presence. Unfortunately, this place didn’t meet even that. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Got me sick

Everything in the room was really old and abused. Small TV works but nothing to watch. Bathroom was leaking everywhere. Checked out before my schedule.

Only stairs

Staff works only from 12 pm to 7 pm.
It was not clean.
There is no cleaning in room if stay less than 3 days or if don’t request it in advance.
Ventilation didn’t work.

I had a reservation in another hotel that was 100€ cheaper but they cancelled it, so I booked this one telling myself it would be worth it to pay more since we stayed there for 10 days. Well that was a big disappointment.
First of all the heat. I don't understand how it's even legal to keep rooms that hot. We couldn't walk without our shoes on because the heat coming from the floor was burning hot. Could be a fit for a sauna but not a hotel room. We obviously asked if it was possible to turn it down but we've been suggested to "just open the window a little bit". So we had to sleep with our window wide open (because that's what it took) even though it was literally snowing outside ?? So yeah, even though the bed was okay-comfy, we definitely can't give a good mark on the comfort part because we didn't sleep well at all. My bf even caught a cold because of this window/heater thing. Oh and since there is no table, we had to be creative with where we put our heat-sensitive things (like snacks).
Then the other equipment.
The fridge has absolutely no reason to be. It's so tiny you can't even put a 25cl bottle of water in it. And (that's a quite important thing to know, maybe they should write it somewhere) when you leave the room with your key card, all the power of the room goes off. So don't except the fridge to keep your drinks cold, or your laptop to charge when you're out. It won't.
They have one laundry machine. It's all in Korean and the English notice is non existent so we once again asked for help to the host. They didn't seem to understand how it works either. They also asked us to buy some detergent, which we did. When we finally made it work, it stopped while full of water and the door has locked. After multiple tries, the host told us it was broken and we had to go to another building to do our laundry.
The shower is not great.
