Petit hôtel simple et efficace pour son prix

Small, Dirty, and Old. You can't really sleep well with the bed they have. If you can't stay at this place anymore because it is too dirty - you will have difficulty to get your refund as the manager is not helpful at all. There is no front desk staff if you help at night.

The pictures give an idea that the guesthouse is newly renovated but is unkept and the bathroom had loads of black mold which did make me feel very unwell during my stay. Also the aircon was probably never cleaned from the inside due to the amount of dust and dirty air. Do not recommend this for the people with respiratory diseases like asthma. The staff however was cooperative and nice in general.

お部屋は狭くて清潔感も良いとは言えませんが、1人旅で早朝バスに乗るまでの利用にはまぁ良かったかなと思います。髪が落ちていたり、虫がいたりしたので潔癖症の人は辞めといたほうがいいです。地下鉄の出口や東大門の繁華街から少し歩くので、大きな荷物がある人は大変だと思います。空港バスの乗り場(東横インの前)までは5分ほどで行けました。

東大門、地下鉄にも近く便利。
トイレ上の換気扇が誇りだらけ、シャワー場の壁のカビも気になりますが、便利なので、リピあり。ちょうど入り口前に駐車車両と電柱があり行き止まりに見えるため入り口がわかりにくい。チェックアウト後、荷物を預けたかったのですが、人がおらず、紙に手紙を書いてフロント横のスペースに置いておきました。

充電用コンセントが電気がきておらず使えなかった。ドライヤーなどのコンセントを外して充電した。シャワーの水圧が1日目だけよかったが２日目以降弱かった。シャワーヘッドが割れていてそこからも水が漏れて使いづらい。２日目以降は水漏れもしないぐらい水圧が弱かった。

駅から近い。4号線は便利！
近くに飲食店やコンビニがある。
ゲストハウスはお風呂お湯の出がよかった！

清潔感はあまりなく綺麗な部屋とはとても言えなかったけど料金が安いので寝るだけなら十分だとおもいました。

立地はいいけど、エレベーターがなくて大変だった。
結構古くて写真とだいぶ違うさは、ドライヤーが壊れていて、替のタオルも準備されていなくて不便だった。

シーツが髪の毛まみれで交換しているのかわからない。
夜中でもチェックインできたのは良かった。
シャワーもきれいではなく、浴びるの嫌だったので、ここではシャワーは浴びませんでした。

立地は地下鉄に近くよかった。
部屋は狭くてベッドの高さが高く頭とエアコンの距離が近くうるさい。
シャワールームが少しドフ臭いので部屋に臭いが流れてくる。

いつも夜買い物する為、東大門に宿泊しています。
夜活には徒歩圏内ですし、その他、観光でも駅や空港のバス停が近いので便利です！
近くにコンビニもあります！

今回初めて宿泊したのですが、部屋に入ってまず、臭い、、ですし清潔感がない、、
湿気も凄くて、
コスパはいいですが、入ってすぐに2度目は無いなと感じました。

フロントも15〜23時までしか居ないので、荷物を先に預けたかったのですが、フロントが居ない為、不便でした。

小さい虫なんかも何匹もいましたし、ゴキブリも深夜に出て、フロントは居ないので、最悪でした。

そこまで、神経質や潔癖な方ではなくて、コスパ重視ですが、
湿気、不潔感がすごいので、おススメは出来ません、、

I was horrified at the condition of the room. It was so poorly maintained. The pillow sheets were yellow and dusty. The wall and bed frame had so many weird stains, there was even glitter on the wall and some green stain. The room was so tiny and dusty. Toilet seat was cracked. I tried to live there but i could not sleep the whole night! Immediately checked out the next day. (The staff was really helpful and friendly though)

東大門で買い物するならすごく便利です。
寒さが心配でしたが、床暖房なので、暑いぐらいでした！！
シャワーも温度、水圧良好でした！
排水溝はすこし流れが悪いぐらいでした。

The hotel was not too hard to find. The shower was above the sink, but this is the traditional Korean bath. Fill be listed but was 2 twin beds pushed together. No problem for me as I was alone. Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Great price for the area. I recommend.

Entrance was nice. Easy to get to via public transport from either airport. However the bathroom had a large amount of black mould which neither my partner nor myself appreciated. We tried to find other places to go to the bathroom nearby just so we wouldn’t have to use the provided bathroom. The room itself is much smaller than it seems in the photos. If you have a suitcase it pretty much takes up al of your floor space. Would not stay here again.

立地は悪くなく、ナイトショッピングにも行きやすいホテルだと思います。ただ、清潔感はありません。一見キレイに見えますが、シャワールームにはカビ、排水口には髪の毛、ベッドにも髪の毛があり、しまいにはシーツにもシミがあり、きちんと取り替えてるのか疑わしくなりました。
