Very nice property

Top notch food, customer service, facilities, and atmosphere. The food is delicious and rotates every meal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Customer service is great and the staff do their best to accommodate. We had a 4 year old and a 9 month old and they put an extra bed in the room for us. I highly recommend the excursion to Nose Iranja, not only will you see a beautiful beach but you’ll also get a fantastic seafood lunch arranged by the hotel.
Fabrice saved us as we were struggling to communicate with the staff in French. He checked on us regularly and helped us with special arrangements that we needed.
The hotel offers several entertainment activities including aquatics, dancing, and fire show at night.
Highly recommend this place especially for families.

The staff at Palm Beach provide exceptional service with kindness and welcoming culture. The rooms are very clean, and they even prepared flowers and swan towels to welcome us. The view is great from the room, and there is plenty of space in the hotel to chill and relax. If you want to explore the island, there is also excursion available. It is on the more expensive side, but we even brought a chef to cook on the excursion for us with abundant delicious food, so we are very satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à l’accueil, la gentillesse et l’écoute de l’ensemble du personnel.
Des remerciements appuyés en particulier au directeur Marcello par sa bienveillance et Idrisse du restaurant qui a été particulièrement attentionné.
Merci aussi au guide Moustapha et le chauffeur doudou.

Lit extrêmement dur, impossible de dormir ! Cela a gâché notre séjour.
Buffet médiocre
Beaucoup de touristes italiens.

Cependant le personnel est sympathique et cherche par tous les moyens à vous rendre service.

Fint hotell, svært hyggelig personale, bra renhold og fint rom. God mat.
Dessverre ofte strømbrudd, noe spm medførte at vi flere netter våknet av at det var alt for varmt, fordi aircondition hadde sluttet å virke og måtte restartes.
Personalet snakket ikke engelsk, kun fransk og italiensk, noe som gjorde oppholdet dårligere. Svært mye italienske turister der. Alle skilt i restaurantbufféen hadde kun italiensk og fransk forklaring med informasjon om maten som var tilgjengelig. Og med et personale som heller ikke kunne engelsk så ble dette et drawback.
Også de guidede sightseeingturene manglet engelsktalende guider.

Bed bug and Food Poisoning alert 💀🚨

Hotel looks decent at first glance (maybe like 3-4 stars hotel), with good location.

However, food and service is below 3 stars hotel. It is very noisy with Italian tourist group with uneducated behavior. (probably on a holiday package).
If you are expecting for a peaceful and quiet holiday avoid.

Worst part of the stay was the **unprofessionalism of the staff and unhygienic facility.**

1) We got bed bug issue with multiple bites on my neck. (Pillow had many stains and random hairs inside..) and,

2) We got Food Poisoning from uncooked risotto served at dinner..

3) Resort General Manager accused us for being honest in this review - he sent multiple WhatsApp message while we are very unwell, calling us out liars, fraud to get refund (which of course we did not get back anything) and that he will call police for this review.

We got no apologies nor compensation, just the accusations.

It’s a beautiful area, nice and big rooms. Only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioning didn’t work well.
Tried to change room as well but it was the same there. I did have 26 degrees in the rooms

Staff were amazing, really hospitable. Nothing too much trouble! Marcello ( Resort Manager) went above and beyond. Always about. Very personable. Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive.
Highly recommend the Excursion team. Despite language barrier, they really tried to make sure we got what we wanted.

Hotellet er bra på alle punkter , litt skuffende er att engelsktalende ikke er prioritert , kun italiensk og fransk , sånn som enkle beskrivelser på mat på engelsk hadde vært topp , samme med kveldsshow , vi var på tur 1 dag og såg og snorklet med skilpadder , her skal de ha honnør for å prøve å forklare alt på engelsk , super service og hjelp men Nosy Be er en plass en reiser for å slappe av på resort og dette funket supert , kontrastene på rik fattig er stor men kjekt å ha opplevd , ankomst flyplass så var det spørreskjema for alt mulig og en trodde afrika var kommet litt vekk fra bestikkelser og korrepsjon men på vei hjem så følte en alle fra politi , bagasjegutta , tollere skulle ha det de kalte så fint tips , eg kaller det bestikkelser men utgjør noen få kr for oss fra Europa
Super tur , hjelpsomme og hyggelige personer på hotellet , strand var super
