Pros:

Vom ankommen im Hotel bis zum auschecken war alles tip top. Es war ein gelungener Kurztrip an den Scharmützelsee und das Hotel hat von uns 4+ Sterne verdient.

Great hotel. Definitely recommend it

The view from the room is great, room was big and clean, the staff were great as well

We didn’t used the spa and pool, so we don’t know, but it looks very nice

Bis auf die oben genannten Punkte, ist das Hotel weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bis auf eine Dame beim Frühstücksempfang....

Cons:

Das die Bettenbezüge trotz Verschmutzung am ersten Tag, nicht gewechselt wurden. Wir hatten 6 Nächte gebucht.

Schöne Umgebung.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war sehr schön. Die Sauna mit Seezugang war auch super.

Cons:

Bei uns war der Matratzen Schoner zu klein und sehr unangenehm darauf zu schlafen. Er war laut und rutschte immer unter dem Laken runter, so lag man immer auf der blanken Matratze. Wir hatten es nach der ersten Nacht gleich gemeldet. Leider änderte sich nichts. Am Tag darauf war zwar das Reinigungsteam drinne aber es blieb wie es ist. Schade, so hatten wir nicht wirklich erholsame Nächte. Eine Kofferablage wäre auch schön gewesen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war Ok, aber die Scheibe der Terassentür hatte Schmierflecken. Das Zimmer war auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
