A beautiful hotel in the center .
Pros:

Right in the center

Cons:

For some rooms, there are a few steps to climb. Must check if you have problems with steps . Elevator doesn’t help for these in between steps .

Très agréable séjour dans une chambre confortable d'un hôtel bien situé et avec un accueil souriant.
Pros:

La chambre confortable et vaste, avec de jolis fauteuils incitant à la lecture.
Le petit déjeuner royal, toujours servi par une personne accueillante.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, au centre-ville et proche du château.

Cons:

Sans aller jusqu'à dire que nous n'avons pas apprécié : le mobilier accuse son âge et sa peinture mériterait d'être rafraichie.
Petite difficulté à nous faire comprendre au sujet de notre besoin d'avoir des couvertures plutôt que des couettes.

Breakfast was very good, nice options and plenary of space between tables

We really liked Aigle Noir after our stay in a 4 star hotel in Paris which was not great. The staff here were really nice and helpful, the room was nice, quiet. Comfy pillows and bead and good shower.

Des affaires des anciens clients étaient dans notre placard de chambre… cela nous a laissé dubitatif quant à la qualité du service de ménage
Le petit déjeuner part vite, il n’y avait plus d’œufs au plat à mon arrivé.

Leuke locatie vlakbij het kasteel maar verouderd en veel te duur voor de geleverde service.

De locatie is top. De dames aan de receptie waren heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt, verouderd hotel. Het was ook heel moeilijk voor het personeel om ons voldoende handdoeken te bezorgen. Duistere kamer, ongezellige ontbijtruimte, ontbijt werd niet tijdig aangevuld.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien décoré, le petit déjeuner avec de vrai oeufs pour les oeufs brouillé, un détail mais de plus en plus rare.
L'emplacement hyper centre.

Cons:

Abattant des toilettes cassé et non remplacé. Cela devait daté un peu.
Problème de remonté d'égout le matin dans la salle de bain mais qui à été passager.

Pratique si vous souhaitez aller au château.

Emplacement au top, lieu historique, proximité château, superbe petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’accueil laisse à désirer. Suite à un problème de réservation ente Booking et l’établissement (erreur de la part de Booking ou de l’hôtel, la question n’est pas la), le ton employé par la personne à l’accueil n’était pas des plus agréables nous laissant suggérer que c’était le problème lorsque l’on souhaite payer moins cher et passer par Booking, manque de tact et aucune proposition de geste commercial malgré le fait qu’on soit déclassé (pour le même prix) passant d’une chambre de luxe à une chambre classique. Ce n’est pas un comportement approprié dans un hôtel de cet envergure, très clairement à revoir.
