Everything. The bed was 7’ and one of the most comfortable ever. Beautiful decor and lovey, very helpful staff! Merci beaucoup!
Just very dark in the room and not enough lights.
Its a beautiful heritage hotel, very well located in the middle of town, opposite the entrance to the Fontainebleau Chateau. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great icecream parlour connected to the hotel and many restaurants around. Great hotel to explore Fontainbleau. Will definitely stay here again! And as a bonus we got a free upgrade to the junior suite. Great coffee machine in the room.
We were in a junior suite, which is a large room and the air-conditioning for the size of the room was average. The pressure in the overhead shower was also weak. Being a heritage hotel with a lot of character and modernised well, these little issues were acceptable and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent emplacement face à une entrée du château de Fontainebleau. Très beau bâtiment historique d'architecture néo-classique. Chambre confortable, demandes exaucées (étage, calme, oreillers). Petit déjeuner buffet varié et de très bonne qualité. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute.
Impossible de joindre l'hôtel par téléphone pour confirmer l'heure d'arrivée (petite musique, taper 1, taper 3, taper 2 puis ça raccroche). Rampe d'accès au parking beaucoup trop étroite. Climatisation à fond en arrivant dans la chambre, trop froid et énergie gaspillée.

La posizione (comodissima per visitare il castello), il parcheggio pubblico ma convenzionato, il fatto che si tratta di un edificio storico.
La prima stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto al di sotto delle nostre aspettative (prese elettriche non funzionanti, macchia vistosa sulla tappezzeria dove avremmo dovuto appoggiare i cuscini, mancate istruzioni per attivare le prese elettriche, assenza di tazze per usufruire di bollitore e macchina espresso, assenza del minibar o anche solo del frigobar nonostante questo sia indicato su Booking.com). Fortunatamente quando sono andata alla reception con una lista di appunti e lamentele, la signora è stata gentilissima e mi ha proposto un upgrade gratuito a una stanza di gran lunga migliore e questo ha reso molto più piacevole il nostro breve soggiorno. La valutazione finale è il risultato della media tra le due stanze.
