Very good stay at a wonderful hotel
Pros:

Variety on menu for breakfast, and quite health food. Salt not too much. Selection was also different everyday - there was no monotony for the buffet.

Cons:

Inevitable construction work next door making noise.

While booking, Booking.com made it look like a huge discount, which it was not. Discount was only 33 USD per night, yet it seemed it was an unbelievable over USD 100 per night. No regrets though.

Booking.com should be honest and provide the correct values.

Perfect first night after late arrival in Rwanda.
Pros:

It is a fairly old hotel, the breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable. The free airport shuttle was amazing. We arrived after 10 pm and were met by not only the driver but PR lady. All the staff were there to receive us and they had kept the kitchen open. Very comforting arrival after being quite stressed about the delays and arriving so late.

Dobro i profesionalno osoblje hotela koji se nalazi u kvartu koji ima puno sadržaja.
Pros:

Naš boravak nije započeo kako smo očekivali, jer prva soba nije odgovarala rezervaciji, osjetio se neugodan miris iz kuhinje, klima je prestala raditi i zato smo inzistitali na promijeni sobe. Recepcionerka je bila ljubazna i pronašla nam je privremeno rješenje neku manju sobu, a sljedeći dan preselila nas u bolju i mirniju sobu. Zbog te naše akomodacoje na odlasku nam je omogućila besplatan kasni check-out i organizirala prijevoz do aerodroma.
Zahvaljujemo cijelom osoblju na profesionalnosti i ljubaznosti od gospođe recepcionerke, restoranskog osoblja, sobara do vozača.

Cons:

Bili smo neugodno iznenađeni sobom koja nije odgovarala kategoriji Delux sobe i morali smo se dva puta iseljavati da bi dobili sobu koja nam odgovara. Hotel je starijeg tipa i potrebna mu je obnova, naročito kupaone.

Pros:

Zdarma bezproblémový transfer z letiště. Milý, usměvavý a nápomocný personál. Dobrá snídaně formou bufetu. Možnost zdarma uložit zavazadla na recepci, po dobu konání dvoudenní safari.
Complimentary, hassle-free airport transfer. Friendly, smiling, and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Option to store luggage for free at reception during a two-day safari.

Cons:

V hotelové restauraci, hodně jídel z jídelního lístku nebylo k dispozici. I tak jsem si vybral. Nízký tlak vody.
Many items on the menu at the hotel restaurant were unavailable. Even so, I managed to find something. Low water pressure.

Not good. Booked another place the next morning.
Pros:

Beds and pillows were comfy. Some staff were accomodating as much as possible. Uber was organised when asked.

Cons:

Reception staff didn’t seem happy we were there and the pricing we were paying on booking. Price wasn’t right apparently. Paid more. The accomodation didn’t even know we had booked and so we’re not prepared in any way. Rooms not apartment as was booked. There was no apartment. No toilet seat on the toilet, not enough towels and questioned when requested more. No hot water, no water pressure for the shower. Staff member put in the wifi password for all devices when wifi worked. Power point made small spark and noise when plugging in. Review said facilities in room outdated that is an understatement. Kettle needs to be replaced

Exceptional service and a comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and kind. Loved that they offer a free to and fro shuttle from the Airport. The rooms were great and cozy. Loved that they also had air conditioning cause I was here when the weather was a bit hot. The location was also very strategic, very close to a lot of facilities and amenities around Kigali, so it really helped me save on transport while moving around. The food was also good. Loved the included breakfast.

When they dropped me off at the airport, I forgot my jumper in the shuttle, and the driver and the staff were kind enough to send it back to me at the airport at no extra fee

Would totally recommend

Cons:

There was really nothing much to dislike about this place for the prices they offer. It is indeed a great example of value for your money.
