Amazing. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and so many options, plus included barista coffee.
Rooms were beautiful and spacious, great value for money. Even had a giant spa bath. Staff were very kind and accommodating, even to our 4 children. We stayed here 3 different times on one trip as we used this as our base. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Wifi was patchy.

Great service, staff fiendly, room/bed comfy and convenient location.
Pros:

We stayed overnight again after our tour. Room differed to the start of our tour. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and welcoming treating us with their singing/dance whilst having a drink. We felt very special.
Food and drinks were good and would stay again and recommend.

Cons:

No hand towels or flannel. Did request by phone hand towel but never received, all okay though.

The stay was really good. And I would come back again, next time I'm in Rwanda
