The room wasnt as it appeared on the website. Washroom drainage was bad. Bed was noisy. The room had some smell. Uncomfortable

SATISFACTORY ACCOMMODATION
Pros:

OUR STAY WAS GOOD, NORMAL AND TYPICAL ROOM, PROPER HEATING, SHARED KITCHEN WHERE WE WERE PROVIDED WITH THE BASIC ESSENTIALS (MILK, COFFEE, EGGS, COOKIES ETC.) FOR OUR BREAKFAST AND A FRIDGE. THE BUS STOP IS VERY CLOSE AND HAS A METRO A FEW MINUTES AWAY. THE HOST (HOUSSΑIN) WAS KIND AND GAVE US THE INFORMATION WE ASKED FOR. THANK YOU, WE WILL COME AGAIN WHEN WE VISIT LONDON AGAIN!!!

Buona la posizione rispetto alla stazione di Bow Road e ai Minimarket

Cons:

Pulizia inesistente, moquette sporca, tanta polvere, davvero un orrore da abitare per più di una notte.
Letto scomodissimo, da mal di schiena perenne e notti insonni.
Per la colazione si ha a disposizione la cucina, sicuramente attrezzata col necessario ma anche questa sporca.
Strada rumorosa, ma non è ovviamente colpa della struttura.

Pros:

The location was great, with easy access to the Dlr station, bus stops and convenience stores serving till late hours.

Cons:

Very racist staff. Being of black ethnicity it's very sad to say I have never been received sooo poorly. I observe that the Bangladesh staff operating there are much nicer to other races. DEFINITELY MY LAST VISIT THERE!
The night staff lied often like damn, it's that bad..im usually likeable and easy going so im right to say those guys need a wake up call.
Im out.
Don't bother booking there is my advise to anyone who values honest customer service.

Pros:

Hussain fue súper amable, ayudó en todo y un punto muy positivo es que habla español.
En cuanto a la habitación es un poco pequeña, la limpieza no es su punto fuerte pero en relación calidad precio no está mal.
La ubicación está muy bien porque tiene conexión con el autobús que va directo al aeropuerto así como con el metro que está a unos 9 minutos andando. Además, hay muchos sitios para comer cerca, a parte de un supermercado justo al lado del hotel.
El desayuno también está bien. Hay pan, plátanos, galletas, cereales y leche.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, el cuarto de baño está deteriorado y la primera impresión es de poca higiene.
Además, podrían poner algún armario o mueble más ya que solo hay uno pequeño y puede ser insuficiente.
Destacaría la poca insonorización de la habitación ya que se escucha a las personas cuando van andando por el hotel (el suelo cruje) así como el ruido de la calle.

Quarto com bastante humidade e mofo, cheiro de mofo bem forte. Compensou por o custo ser bem inferior a outras opções melhores, porém se voltasse no tempo eu investiria em uma acomodação superior.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, ofrecen algunas cositas en el desayuno básicas, pero perfectas, puedes hacer uso de la cocina común y comprarte más cosas en los súpers que hay cerca si te apetece. El wifi es gratuito y funciona genial. El personal es muy amable y te pregunta si necesitas algo cada mañana.

Cons:

El precio me parece un poco elevado para lo que ofrecen, no hay ascensor, el edificio es un poco viejo y no del todo cuidado, pero para dormir, desayunar y estar bien conectado con el resto de londres es perfecto. Además el personal se porta muy bien.
