Cuando llegas te piden un depósito de $1000 por habitación del cual no informan antes, hice la reserva de 3 habitaciones y solo tenían una lista las otras me las entregaron 1 hora después, el cubre colchón estaba sucio, la. Tv solo es de televisión abierta, se supone que tiene wifi y no te puedes conectar, el jacuzzi del área de la alberca estaba sucio, el elevador es muy pequeño

Reserve habitacion con vista al mar ,la puerta del cancel tenía mala función se trababa, en el baño la regadera tenía solo un plástico agarrandola, en la parte de terraza muy sucio hasta con no se armazón de metal ,no había toalla de mano en el baño, el piso tenía polvo
