Hotel è datato che ha necessità di ristrutturazione.
Cibo buono, personale gentile, palestra da dimenticare

Alles gut.

3 gün ailemle kaldığım gayet huzurlu temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü idi. Oda kahvaltı konsepti gayet başarılı. Kahvaltisida gayet yeterli, Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Tavsiye ederim.

The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.”

The room was hot and i was unable to cool it.

The shower was warm, not hot.

The staff was nice at the desk.
The breakfast was not very good.

I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties.

Otel personeli çok iyi ama otelin konumu nedeniyle odalar çok fazla araç gürültüsü alıyor.

Otelin genel olarak yerini hiç beğenmedim.ramadaya hiç yakışmıyor.odamızda balkon yoktu ve penceresi kötü bir mahalleye bakıyordu.görüntü olarak oda iyiydi normal herhangi bir otel odası fakat banyodan gider kokusu geliyordu hijyeninden emin olamadık.odadako TV kanalları yoktylu zaten.bebek beşiği istemiştik pis lekeli bir beşik gelmişti .nevresimler temiz görünüyordu.merkezi bı yerde otel heryere ulaşılabilir

Hotellet var god og der var pænt og rent og morgenmaden var særdeles lækker.

Personalet venlige og hjælpsomme.

Det eneste minus var at hotellet ligger 20 minutters kørsel fra stranden.

lobi harici tüm hizmetinizden çok memnun olduk. bir karton bardak için iki bay arkadaşınız var diyor fakat orda duran bayan arkadaşınız yok diyor üzerine arkadaşlarını dahil yanımızda azarlıyor. yani sadece toplantıya giderken vaktimiz olmadığı için elimize kahve alacaktık. otelinize geri dönüyor olsaydık karton bardak hediye edecektim ama çıkış yapmak durumunda kalıp otelinize geri dönemedik... ilgililerden rica ediyorum arkadaşınıza karton bardak hediye eder misiniz :)

Booked room that - Fits 3 People - when I arrived they charged me extra for the 3rd guest - which was a child - false advertisement on booking page,
Most staff were very helpful, some extremely sour and not very hospitable. No need to mention names.

Personel Gayet guler yüzlü ve saygılı, konforu güzel , kahvalti cok iyi , hersey duzgun ve guzel ... Ozellikle belboy beyefendi , musterileri karşılayan cok hzmetkar , resepsiyon gorevlisi bayan , hepsi basarili ve ilgili..

clean, cosy, welcoming staff behaved very nice; we expected a littşe reacher breakfast but what was served was fresh; there was hot tea available all day long. I wouldn't count the hotel for a long stay' but for transit it's ideal

I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it.
First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to.
As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment.
I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable.
I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira.
You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Şehir merkezinde bir çok noktaya yakın bir otel, temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi, çalışanlar başarılı ve çözüm üretiyorlar. Sadece konaklama için konfor yeterli ancak otelde zaman geçirecekseniz doğru bir tercih değil, oda konforlu ama çok ferah değil. Kaldığımız oda caddeye bakıyordu, aşırı trafik gürültüsü vardı 1 gece kaldığımız için önemsemedik ama ciddi ses geliyor önlem alınmalı.

Clean , great service , good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
