FUKAS Apartments - Anenska

We rented a two bedroom apartment at Anenská 1, which is close to the train station, but somewhat outside of the city centre. Any convenience of being close to the station was however reduced by having to pick up the key at Medena 10. The apartment is small but well planned, but in a very bad condition and filthy. Both paint and wallpaper were coming off the walls, furniture was broken and lamps and wall sockets were "fixed" with masking tape (which was also coming off). The pillows were so small as substantially non-existent. In short, the apartment was not in a condition for renting out and should be avoided. Also, the WiFi was not working, and had not been for some time apparently since the previous guests had also complained about it. When we complained, we were allowed to change to a "luxury apartment" at Medena 10 which was far from luxurious but a big improvement and with working wifi.

Helt ok för priset

jeg har sjældent kommet til en mere ussel lejlighed, opgangen lignende noget der var på vej til at skulle rives ned intet lys næsten ingen form for skiltning og vi var tvunget til at ringe til check in for at få oplyst at lejligheden lå i stuen gennem en lille meget mørk gang. Da vi endelig var kommet ind i lejligheden var der indelukket og møgbeskidt, støv og nullermænd over alt fremmed hår på gulvet. Skimmel på toilettet, manglende fliser ingen måde man kunne hænge brusehovedet op på dvs. man skulle holde når man var i bad.
Køkkenet var fuldstændigt smadret, der var kun bestik til 4 mennesker selvom vi var 5. Sengene var blot skum madrasser der lå på sengerammer ingen senge borde i master bedroom meget begrænset dagslys ingen vinduer i stuen og opholdsområdet huller i gulvet i stuen med upudset beton nedenunder. der var ingen rengøring mens vi var i lejligheden.
Da vi tjekkede ind havde de ikke forstået at vi var 5 de troede kun vi var 2-3 mennesker alle møbler i lejligheden led under meget hårdt brug igennem MEGET lang tid..... dette er absolut sidste gang jeg anvender HOTELS.COM.... det eneste jeg kan sige var godt var en hurtig internet forbindelse.

Velice milá paní, nebyl problém s pozdějším Chceck-inem.

We would not recommend this property for several reasons. The location was rundown and full of graffiti. It was also 20-25 minutes walk from the centre. The property was not clean. Dirty mug under sink(one of only 3 for our use). The fridge had no light, the microwave no turntable, the second bedroom's main light was a bare bulb and it had no blinds only net curtains. It had also been used as a dumping area for excess furniture ie a desk and chair which had a full size child's cot on top of it and a chair bed. In addition it was generally poorly equipped- only 6 shot glasses and one large beer mug and we had to eat our breakfast from small
plastic picnic bowls.

Had to make a trip to pick up keys nowhere near the apartment.Old style shower hose attached to the taps and very small bathroom.Bedrooms ok and kitchen area the same.Groundfloor apartment in a quiet residencial area.The palace is straight along the road about 10 minutes away.

Buen apartamento, amplio y muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad andando.
Nos fallo la caldera de agua caliente y no sabíamos encenderla. Por lo demás perfecto

Booked for one night as I wanted to be close to the main transport link to the airport. Place was comfortable and spacious. Only word of warning is that if you check in after 6pm you will need to pick up the key from the head office which is on the other side of town, but only 5Euro taxi drive. Also, this is not a hotel, its a stand alone apartment in a residential area.

Virkelig dårligt de gad ikke engang lukke os ind fordi de havde lejet værelset ud til en anden og vi var fem personer uden noget sted at bo
Og stedet ligger i et ghetto sted

Nonostante il mio soggiorno è durato solo due giorni è stato impeccabile...

Por fuera el edificio está fatal, tiene una zona ajardinada que está muy bien para los niños, pero el edifcio está deteriorado, aunque por dentro el apto. está perfecto.

Queda un poco lejos del centro.

The apartment is in very good quiet location, only 15min walk to the old town. They have a washing machine and a dishwasher in this apartment. The only problem is very hard to fine this apartment as it is not on main road.

This apartment was in a convenient location and was nice. The owners are friendly and respond quickly to email. There was a minor issue with the shower water leaking a bit out onto the floor, but not a huge problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
