L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme mais central, pas trop envahi par les touristes. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et élégante, la salle de bains fonctionnelle et bien aéré, le tout impeccablement propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, et le personnel est efficace et très sympathique. On a passé un excellent séjour.

Staying at The Fifteen Keys Hotel was one of the best decisions of our Rome trip. Tucked in the charming Monti neighbourhood, the location is simply perfect! The Colosseum is a 10-minute walk away, Termini station is nearby, and the area is full of character with great restaurants and local life all around.

The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the quality of the bedding to the perfect shower pressure. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely happy to help, from restaurant recommendations to planning our days around the city.

The breakfast deserves a special mention: fresh, homemade, and honestly one of the best ways to start a morning in Rome. The afternoon tea with homemade cakes was a delightful surprise after a long day of sightseeing.

This is not just a hotel, it feels like a home away from home. We will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommended.

I was in touch with Antonio at the front desk before arriving, and he made sure our arrival was smooth and he answered all my questions.
The hotel is so close to the train station so we walked there with our bags and the check-in process was warm and effective; our bags were brought to our room.
The room was spacious and clean, well appointed with everything we could possibly need and the bathroom was luxurious with giant fluffy towels and robes.
The lovey Georgia at the front desk gave us several restaurant recommendations and we were ecstatic with the two that we tried (Brocoletti and La Taverna dei Fiori Imperiali).
We headed out for a walk and realized we were not only in a lovely neighborhood, but we were so close to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
The next morning we discovered that the absolute best thing about the Fifteen Keys hotel was the breakfast. Mamma Mia it was divine and everything was homemade by Ionela who was incredibly friendly and she even shared a recipe with me!! There were so many delicious choices: 6 different homemade cakes, hams and cheeses, roasted veggies, breads, avocados and tomatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage, coffees, Prosecco, homemade juice of the day, a warm wellness shot, fresh fruits.

The experience of this hotel must not be missed. Besides being located in a prime spot in the Monti neighborhood, the accommodations, staff, and breakfasts are outstanding.
All the major attractions are within walking distance. I recommend spending time also exploring the neighborhoods of Rome, they are just beautiful.
There are a number of good restaurants also within walking distance.
What makes the Fifteen Keys hotel is the staff. As a solo traveler, I usually stay in Bed and Breakfast inns due to safety and the interaction with the B&B hosts. This hotel fits the bill in both categories. I felt completely safe to walk everywhere, even to and from dinners. The staff, particularly the chef/baker and food service staff made me feel at home. I have numerous food allergies, and they were extremely accommodating, which I appreciated. I wouldn’t look any further and book this hotel!

Ich muss sagen, dieses Hotel war eines der entzückendsten Unterkünfte die wir je gebucht haben. Das Hotel hat so viel Charme, was sowohl das Ambiente als auch das Personal betrifft, dass es kaum zu überbieten ist. Die Ausstattung ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht - und man kann sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Für Rom ist das wirklich eine Meisterleistung! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum - so liebevoll hergerichtet, dass es keine Wünsche offen ließ. Zum 16. Geburtstag meiner Tochter haben wir eine Torte bestellt, auch diese wurde liebevoll gebacken und als Überraschung wurde sogar ihr Zimmer dekoriert. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen!

My dad and I had such a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a lovely welcome drink. The place is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The staff helped us book tables at local restaurants, and we couldn’t have been happier with their recommendations. The breakfast and afternoon tea were outstanding, with delicious cakes — and we were always greeted with big smiles. It felt like a home away from home. We will both be back soon.

Wirklich sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe.
Gutes Frühstück, nur das Brot war nicht wirklich gut und die Eierspeisen kalt. Ansonsten viele selbstgemachte Speisen und jeden Morgen einen anderen frisch gepressten Saft.
Zimmer schön und ruhig nach hinten in den Innenhof mit kleinem Balkon.

This is truly my favorite boutique hotel in the world, and I travel a lot. I have stayed here four times, and I always feel very welcome and well treated by the friendly staff. The location is perfect, as I love the Monti area of Rome. The breakfasts are excellent, always tasty and fresh, the decor is lovely, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. I am also super impressed with the showers...you know how sometimes they can be a trickle? These are just the right amount of water pressure. The bedding, towels, everything is lovely. I enjoy relaxing in the breakfast/lounge area and looking out onto the patio during the winter, and sitting in the patio area in the summer. Everything you need is here.

Die gute Lage macht es einfach sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Bus und Bahn überall schnell hin zu kommen. Das Zimmer war schön groß und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat das Gesamtpaket perfekt abgerundet.

Fifteen Keys Hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Rome. The location is outstanding, set in one of the city’s most atmospheric neighborhoods, within easy walking distance of major sights, and very well connected by public transport if you want to explore further.

The hotel has real character that fits Rome perfectly: elegant, authentic, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail.

The breakfast area is lovely, and the breakfast itself is a highlight - fresh, homemade, and of excellent quality. Finally, the staff deserve special mention: genuinely polite, professional, and welcoming throughout the stay.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome, in one of the city’s best areas.

Wenn Gastfreundschaft einen Namen hat, dann ist es definitiv das Fifteen Keys Hotel in Rom. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und erfüllen wirklich sehr viele Wünsche ohne, dass es irgendwie ein Problem wäre - wir hatten eine improvisierte Geburtstagsparty unserer Tochter und zusätzlich nur bestellten Geburtstagstorte gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung für sie auf ihrem Zimmer. Sowas nenne ich echte Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit.

Es sind die vielen Details, die dieses Hotel bietet und die den positiven Unterschied machen (z.B. ein extra Lunchpaket, da wir sehr früh zum Flughafen aufbrechen mussten). In diesem Hotel kann man sich nur wohlfühlen.

Einzig die Betten könnten weicher sein, aber wenn das, das einzige Manko ist, wird sofort klar: das hier ist eine klare Empfehlung für eine Übernachtung in Rom.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut, super Lokale in der Nähe, die Metro ebenfalls in Gehdistanz... alles in allem top!

This small hotel is very friendly and welcoming. I had a large comfortable room with its own terrace. Sadly it rained most of the time so I didn’t get to use it. There is a paid mini bar and a coffee machine and kettle. There’s a supermarket almost next door so it was easy to stock up on water and milk for tea. Breakfast is home cooked although hot items don’t stay hot for long. The location is quiet and close to St Maria Maggiore. Various transport options are in walking distance.

Tolles kleines Hotel, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bhf, gutes Frühstück, alles sauber, das Personal auf allen Ebenen sehr, sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind Nachts ruhig, gut ausgestattet mit Minibar (kostenpflichtig), Wasserkocher für Kaffee/Tee, Bademäntel, Patschen, Föhn, Haarglätt-Gerät, Schirme, Safe, … es hat an nichts gefehlt! Tolle Lage für Sightseeing. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.
