We booked The Fifteen Keys Hotel after reading so many great reviews, and it definitely did not disappoint — if anything, it was even better than we expected!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and helpful everyone was.

The bar was one of our favorite spots. It has a lovely atmosphere, a great selection of drinks. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

Breakfast was also much better than we expected, with a great variety of delicious freshly baked and cooked options. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive.

It’s easy to see why this hotel has so many great reviews. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

The best location in Rome. Great restaurants, bars and gelato places under a 5min walk and only a 10min walk to the Colosseum. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the capuccino top notch. Nice touches like high quality toiletries and a good steamer were a great bonus. Great aircon that made August survivable!

Such a lovely hotel-rooms were beautiful, staff made us feel like family. The breakfast is gorgeous and baked/cooked onsite. Attention to detail was apparent throughout the hotel, from design to housekeeping to the breakfast.

The Fifteen Keys Hotel is a beautiful boutique gem in the heart of Monti. With just 15 rooms, it feels intimate and thoughtfully designed. We walked easily from Termini station, and the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for our stay. The location is excellent — walking distance to several major attractions, close to the Metro for others, and only a short stroll to the HOHO bus stop. There’s a lovely little supermarket right next door, and the surrounding streets are full of great restaurants for evening walks. Afternoon tea at 5pm and happy hour at 6pm were delightful touches. Our room was a reasonable size for a 4‑night stay, spotlessly clean, and serviced daily. A truly charming base for exploring Rome.

Our 3rd stay at this delightful hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The location is ideal for exploring Rome, especially if you’re happy to do it on foot.
The staff are exceptional and the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are stylish and spotless and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful Hotel with outstanding customer service

A real gem of a find for 5 days in Rome. Very responsive during a seamless booking process and they organised yhe airport and port transfers that worked perfectly. Very clean and comfortable room and the breakfast is superb. Friendly and helpful staff that gave excellent recommendations for places to eat nearby and organised tacis as we needed them

The team at The Fifteen Keys are exceptional. It is rare to find a combination of staff who are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive and kind. Yes the hotel is in an excellent and quiet location BUT it’s the staff and their care that makes staying at this hotel a truly unique and pleasurable experience. Thank you.

My husband and I absolutely loved every second of our experience. He hasn't stopped talking about it. It is beautiful, with a lovely welcoming space and courtyard for breakfast, tea and cocktails. The bar is fantastic with a great selection and a lovely cocktail of the day. Breakfast was much better than expected, with a wide selection of delicious hand baked and cooked options, and the chef out there making sure it was all to everyone's liking. The staff was friendly and accommodating at every step with anything we could need (including plastic wrap for our fresh tattoos - above and beyond). They offered great local dining advice as well. The street is quaint and quiet but easy to wander up and down and find any number of cute shops, places to eat or grab a coffee, convenience stores, and a short walk to the coliseum as well. We loved it and wished our stay was longer!

Our stay at The Fifteen Keys was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality is second to none.

Every detail in the hotel has been thoughtfully considered. The rooms are beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including luxurious robes and slippers, a hairdryer, straighteners, a mini fridge, and premium shampoo and conditioner. It’s these little touches that make such a difference.

The breakfast is truly one of the highlights of staying here. Every morning there is an incredible selection of homemade pastries, freshly baked breads, delicious cakes, and a wonderful continental breakfast. A special mention must go to Ionela, whose freshly prepared baking and cooking each morning were simply outstanding. Her passion and care shine through in every bite.

The hotel also has a beautiful, cosy courtyard, which is a lovely, peaceful oasis to relax in after a day exploring the city.

The location couldn’t be better—within easy walking distance of the Colosseum and many of Rome’s other famous sights, while still offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

If you’re planning a visit to Rome, look no further. The Fifteen Keys is a truly special hotel, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Location was great as close to Termini. Staff and welcome were warm and inviting. Great afternoon tea, happy hour daily and breakfast. All baked items were made by one staff member and all delicious.
