Perfection!
Pros:

The property is beautiful! They do such an amazing job! Clean, so sweet everyone is extremely helpful!

The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful, room 15 was amazing and the chef is amazing breakfast is a must, Ionela the chef is so skilled and her breakfast juices and different pastries are a delight! They also do a tea time and happy hour.

Oasis of calm in bustling Monti!
Pros:

Fabulous and luxurious little gem of a hotel in Monti. It's very deceiving from the outside but once inside it's an oasis of calm in this busy area. Staff are so kind and attentive and the welcome biscuits were a treat. Afternoon complimentary tea is lovely and the small garden with fairy lights was especially enjoyable for our after dinner drinks.

Lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

A lovely stay in Rome at this boutique hotel! Great location and comfortable room. We loved the breakfast and outside terrace. Friendly helpful staff who packed us a little breakfast box for our very early train to Sicily. Would recommend!

I nice location , it disappointing , I will not return.

1 small box of water in disappointing. The hotel manager at reception was rude, not welcoming or willing to help.

Definitely not recommended
Cons:

I have rarely experienced such disappointing behavior. Our stay had to be cancelled due to short-term Lufthansa strikes – a situation over which we had no influence whatsoever. The hotel was immediately informed, but no concessions were shown. Instead, the full amount was debited without compromise, with no rebooking option or fair reduction – even though we did not claim any benefits. At the same time, the booking was immediately marked as canceled, so the room could probably be reallocated. Such inflexible and purely profit-oriented behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. No goodwill, no service idea – clear non-recommendation.

Comfort and hospitality in the centre of Rome
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of foods including fruits, vegetables and gorgeous cakes as well as all the usual breakfast foods.

Lovely teatime teatime treats and a pleasant space for a quiet evening drink.

Cons:

Enough space for an armchair would have been nice, but the large bed and bathroom were lovely.

The room was stylish, spotless and incredibly comfortable - the location was perfect for exploring Rome while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond with thoughtful service and great recommendations - one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Beautiful, welcoming, friendly - a warm lively place to be

Very centrally located, I could walk to most of the major attractions (1-2kms). The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Absolutely ideal for solo travellers like me.

Fabulous stay, beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great food.
Pros:

Beautiful boutique style in quiet, attractive, central location. Short walk from main station, thus easy access to airport. Great design, comfortable, lovely staff. Very good breakfast, coffee and loved the freshly made juice. Tea and cake were very good too.

Cons:

I liked the small outside paved area, but I really would have liked to sit there and read, but the furniture wasn’t conducive. It would be great to have some more comfortable chairs.
