Climatisation pas de télécommande malgré notre demande

J ai contacté l hôtel pour une navette à l aller aéroport vs hôtel .pas de réponse c est inadmissible car pas de réseau a Istanbul donc galère pour venir al hôtel

There is a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to sleep.

Öğrenci olarak konakladığımız çok özellik aramadık sadece yatma ve duş için kullandık o yüzden bizim için yeterliydi fiyatına göre makul olduğunu düşümüyorum

We now stay at this hotel 4 times and we just love By murat Royal hotel as is very convenient close to the Galata tower just 80 meters. Staff is very helpful and room are clean. basic Amenities but that’s okk. We recommend other travellers to stay there

Rooms were not clean and the room services was so poor.
Looks like the room was not cleaned every time we used to go back to the room after family time out.

This is our second time at Royal By Murat. So convenient at it is located 50 mt from
The Galata Tower in a very quite street. Shop are around the corner. Easy to walk to the mosque and the main attractions in Istanbul. We are going back again. Staff is nice and helpful. Thank you

The hotel was good, they have receptionist 24 hours and every day makes the beds and clean bathroom (and towels). The only negative point was the hotel are in a elevated street and if you have injuries in legs or kness, maybe should search another option. For the rest, is perfect, great location and good service (with english).

Odada lamba yok, yatak kenarındaki bir abajur çalışıyordu onu yakabildik en sonunda. Taharet musluğu bozuk, iki saat kapatmaya uğraştık, en son biraz hızını kesebildik. Banyo ile tuvalet alanını ayıran bir perde yok, ufacık bi cam var o da iş görmüyor, her yer su oluyor. Kağıt terlikle orada giyinmek geçmek çok zor. Klima var ama sadece on off yapıyor, ısıtma filan kesinlikle olmuyor, her modu ve ayarı defalarca denedim. Pencereler hava ve ses geçiriyor, nisan ayında olmamıza rağmen soğuktu, oğlum üşümesin diye sabaha kadar üstünü kontrol etmekten uyuyamadım.

Gayet memnun kaldım sessiz sakin bir yer sıcak su her zaman var tavsiye ederim

Fiyatına göre memnun kaldığım bir konaklama idi. Konumu güzeldi. Eksiklerinden bahsetmem gerekirse, Odanın bir çok detayı çok tozluydu. Temizliklerin detaylı yapıldığını düşünmüyorum.
İki otel ortak sanırım, resepsiyonun olduğu binanın yanında başka bir binada konakladık ve güvenlik yoktu.

4 günlük iş seyehat i için konakladım temizliği beğenmedim aynı ayak havlusunu ve banyo havlusunu 4 gün kullanmak zorunda kaldım klozet kapağı üzerinde Uzun zaman birikmiş şekilde toz vardı üstün körü temizlenmiş oda ,sıcak su en az 5 dk suyu akıtmasan gelmiyordu çok aşırı su israfı oluyordu ayrıca son gün akşamı klima arızalandı soğukta uyudum ..600 TL isteyen merdiven altı hostel pansiyonlara göre yine iyi diyebilirim fiyatına göre bazı eksilere göz yumulabilir

Pictures are a lie as this property is running a scam, mattress was recovered from trash as it was covered in red stains and black ash (probably from smoking). Bathroom has awful smell. The rooftop brings in an immense amount of dust into the room which caused my skin to itch really badly. No elevator, 4 flights of stairs

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was basic but that is what I paid for and expected. Clean too.

Bir günlük kaldık fakat ayarladığım odada kalamadım fakat verilen odada temizlik kötüydü yatağın üstü kol vs vardı banyo aynı şekilde öyle tek yatmaya geldik ama rahatsız olduğumuz noktalar vardı

If you want to stay in a great location with limited budget, this place is great. It’s just a few steps away from the Galata tower and everything else such as shops and restaurants. The room is nice and clean. Suat, the front desk person, is very courteous, helped me with useful information and transportation. I recommend this place and I would go back.

Odalardan çok fazla sesler geliyor sadece uyumaya gitmeme rağmen hem milletin hem pencerenin üzerindeki makine sesi iyi değildi.
