Gutes Hotel in bester Lage und super freundliches Personal.

Ligging is perfect midden in het centrum, bedden waren goed en de badkamer was ruim met genoeg handdoeken. Kamer was schoon en netjes bij aankomst.

Cons:

Airco werkte nauwelijks op de kamer waar door het heel warm was. Hierdoor moesten de ramen open en was de kamer erg gehorig omdat het een een drukke straat zit. Verder viel het ontbijt tegen, de keuze was vrij mager, voor 20 euro pp, ik snap dat dit geld kost maar voor 20 euro mag je wel een top ontbijt verwachten.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt, wodurch es nachts unerträglich heiß wurde. Lüften war keine Alternative, da es draußen extrem laut war. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich offenbar ein Club, aus dem bis etwa 8 Uhr morgens laute Musik zu hören war. Dazu kamen grölende Menschen sowie ständig hupende Autos, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
Auf unsere Beschwerde reagierte das Personal nicht zufriedenstellend. Ein Zimmerwechsel war laut Aussage des Hotels nicht möglich, da alles ausgebucht war. Da der Aufenthalt bereits im Voraus bezahlt wurde, gab es auch keinerlei preisliches Entgegenkommen.
Zusätzlich war die Lüftung im Badezimmer defekt. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Unter dem Bett wurden offensichtlich keine Reinigungsarbeiten durchgeführt, dort lagen noch gebrauchte Taschentücher von vorherigen Gästen.
Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel aufgrund der mangelnden Ausstattung, der fehlenden Reaktion auf Beschwerden und der unzureichenden Sauberkeit leider nicht empfehlen.

Fantastisk - lidt støjende og livligt
Pros:

Flot og rent. Let at få fat i personalet. Fint indrettet værelse med gratis mineralvand inkluderet. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Jeg fik endda serveret morgenmad personligt den første dag, fordi jeg var den eneste gæst, der havde bestilt det den dag.

Cons:

Det var både et plus og et minus at hotellet ligger helt centralt lige ved et letbanestop og ned til en stor vej / og stort restaurantområde i gården. Det larmer, og selv om vinduerne er med dobbeltruder, tager det ikke støjen. Men det er jo på andre punkter lækkert, at det er centralt og tæt på alt - inkl. Hovedbanen.

Pros:

A beautiful and neat hotel located in the heart of Hanover, close to everything you need. Our room overlooked the main street and the tram line, which was fun. The breakfast was good and varied. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

3 night in in a double bed with a really good price, near the hbf, a amazing view and easy access at night for check in!

It’s amazing, it’s my third time staying in this hotel, and I can say is my safe choice for when I travel to Hannover, it’s an amazing room with a really comfortable bed and an amazing view, and also the miner water they give you hits just in the spot, I really recommend this!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort, auf der Durchreise. Ideal um zu Fuß noch ein wenig die Altstadt zu erkunden.
Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus 18 Euro.
