Set back from highway. No pet rooms. Quiet. Nice parking. Lighting in parking lot. Breakfast!!! Room was clean.

Great room, friendly staff. Restaurant breakfast was typical all-inclusive buffet but the dinner restaurant was excellent! Has two dinners there, asked for slight modifications and they came through with flying colors. Highly recommend.
Clean and upgraded room had outstanding walk-in shower. It’s dog friendly and very convenient when traveling with dogs. We had 2.
The interior of the room was pleasantly laid out.
I HATE FEATHERED PILLOWS, and it baffles me how expensive rooms think one must have feathered pillows that flatten out to zero support for a persons neck. Especially when you're 73 years old. 2nd issue? You put me and my elderly wife right next to the 1st floor elevator that made this constant knocking sound all night. I will never stay here again. Senior citizens deserve and should have a quiet night sleep.

The room look and style
Wish the room ad a fridge, wish there was popcorn for sale and wish the staff kept a closer eye on the pool lots of guests in there were not even staying at the hotel and we're being disrespectful.
Very large rooms
We checked into our room that had been reserved for months after 10 days camping. Looking forward to the king bed and the soaking tub. The toilet did not work. The staff begrudgingly moved us to a different room with two king beds and no soaking tub. The problem was we were located right next to a Coke machine and ice machine that made insane noise all night and kept us awake. While the room was large, it was sparsely furnished, the couch area had no end tables or coffee table, only a wierd black cube. Touch up paint on the batroom door did not match. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms - this is a Tapestry property?? The staff was less than accommodating and more arguementative than anything. The front desk had piles of boxes hanging around for the two days we were there. The pool was okay but the whirlpool was greenish and there were kids life jackets and toys strung all over. The breakfast did not serve fresh eggs as they claim they serve and the tables were dirty and not wiped off. Talking with the manager was not a great experience, she was nonchalant about the issues encountered, even patronizing. Not appreciated and extremely disappointing. This is not a Tapestry level property by any stretch of the imagination. It's barely a two-star hotel. At this point. I will not ever stay at a Hilton again. Marriott Bonvoy for us from now on. Lesson learned.

It didn’t have a refrigerator in our room so we couldn’t store a few cold drinks or fruit.
It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family!

It is a little dark inside the hotel.
It was lovely. The breakfasts were an unexpected delicious surprise.
Upon check in found our room wasn’t actually cleaned. The staff were so embarrassed and FIXED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. With an upgrade I must add.
The town seemed very friendly as well.
