Really quiet gem in bustling Georgetown
Pros:

All the staff was friendly. The taxi service provided by the property was excellent. We really liked the atmosphere with the garden around the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but very "American": not many healthy options.
One of our rooms was situated directly above the breakfast room, and the music from the room was quite loud and started early in the morning (with windows open).

Pros:

My overall experience at the hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the level of service and quality of the facilities did not meet my expectations, which would be reasonable. The room was not properly maintained, and the cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. Some of the facilities appeared worn and in need of repair. In addition, the service from the staff was not as helpful or responsive as expected, and several concerns were not addressed promptly. The overall experience did not provide good value for the price paid. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future guests.

Cons:

The first room had a musty and mold/mildew smell and on my birthday, I had a terrible headache from the smell, also there was no elevator, and you had to use stairs which was not convenient at all. The first room furniture and kitchen appliances were very old and needed of repairs, The breakfast food was also disappointing some of the days. The selection of food was limited, and served at an unsuitable temperature, the food should be in the dining room. Overall, the breakfast experience did not provide good value and was another area that negatively affected my stay.
My friends did not want to come and dine there with me and that speak volumes.

Good breakfast. Good aircon except when it broke. Walkable into city centre though a long walk. Good options for dinner. Mostly friendly staff
