This is a small family-owned hotel, and find it's personalized nature to be very satisfying. Many of the staff have worked for the hotel for many years, and they recognize you by name. I feel very at home and safe while staying there.
Staff in restaurant was the best. Really fantastic.
Person that I spoke with to settle checking out in the morning was a little rough around the edges with being customer friendly.
We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Lack of sound insulation in the room. We could hear every car that passes on the street, people talking etc.
Description as a sort of lodge is accurate. More of a traditional building than a modern cookie cutter hotel. My room had lovely dark wood floors and a large covered balcony. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent.

Great area for jogging and exercising, accessible by car. However, the drawback is that there is a lot of noise. Breakfast options extremely limited. The kitchen is near bathrooms!
I discovered this Hotel on a whim,when return to Guyana after 30th something year living abroad.
It was clean has a great security system, I felt safe,they have a breakfast included. So when the opportunity to present itself again that I had to return to Guyana Not for fun, not for pleasure.
For the passing of my grandmother. I choose this hotel again.
And again it did not disappoint thanks to Paul, Wallace and Odessa.
I do recommend if you're planning to take a trip to Guyana, and if you are looking somewhere quiet, clean and comfortable
to choose this hotel.
