I was sad to see a decline in management of the facilities.

Compound and security

Cons:

Need to have lounge chairs with umbrellas around the compound. Also, the lobby lounge area need improvement with addition of a sectional/lounge seating. There clearly is a decline in the accommodations over the years I’ve stayed at this hotel as the management is not the same. Furnitures and mattress old and uncomfortable. No light lamps available next to bed. Limited electrical outlets to accommodate guests staying in room.

. Awesome Customer Service. Amazing Hosts
Pros:

The level of customer service demonstrated by the staff members was exceptional. They were friendly and attentive. We couldn't ask for better hosts.

Friendly staff, helpfully arranged an airport pick-up. Feels like you are living in an authentic Guyanese building. Safe area within walking distance to some restaurants and supermarket

Cons:

Rooms not well sound insulated. Breakfast experience could be improved.

Okay, but will probably not return.
Pros:

Loved the delicious Guyanese breakfasts and Sunday brunch.
Nice and helpful staff.
Very reasonable executive taxi service on site.
Craft stall on site which was cheaper than the mall and the airport.
National park nearby which had outdoor gyms and a path for jogging.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Central Georgetown.
Good having a microwave and fridge in the room.

Cons:

Mixup with our booking and payment on arrival. This was subsequently sorted the following day.
Issues with the air conditioning unit leaking.
The last night was spoiled by the neighbours across the road playing loud music all night during a weeknight.
No lift, had to struggle with luggage up the stairs.
No kettle in the room.

Pros:

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and always willing to help in any way. They called a taxi when we needed also changed money for us also had suggestions on where we could find things and places around the area.

Pros:

Beautiful stylish small hotel, good restaurant, very friendly staff, calm and pretty area, nice garden. Comfortable room with a big bed.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could include more items.
There was quite a lot of noise in my room in the evening and in the morning - either from neighboring rooms or from the corridor.
