Перила на этажах с торчащими гвоздями и выпадающими рейками ограждения.
Номера старые, дверь в ванную закрывается с трудом, матрасы отвратительные, пружины уже не выполняют свою функцию, постельное белье местами стёрто до дыр, свет в номере и на этаже тусклый, светильники забиты мошками (скорее всего с момента установки светильники не открывались и не протирались). За 4 дня уборки не было. При заселении в ванную положили один кусочек мыла и по одному тюбику геля для душа и шампуня и больше не пополняли. При выезде спросили про уборку - оказывается ее нужно было просить. Табличек на дверь об уборке или не беспокоить не было.
Персонал кроме охранников на въезде и на пляже безразличный.
Мы бронировали два номера - в одном не было сейфа, в другом внутреннего телефона.
Бассейн большой, глубокий, но очень хлорированный. Ребёнок два раза умудрялся порезаться об отколовшуюся плитку на бортике бассейна.
В высокий сезон лежаков на пляже всем может не хватить. Видели как гости, подошедшие на пляж немного позже были вынуждены уходить с пляжа и размещаться возле бассейна. Около бассейна лежаки без зонтов, до обеда от солнца не спрятаться.
Пляж хороший, но из-за расположенного при отеле центра водных видов спорта приходилось немного отходить влево, чтобы плавать спокойно. Эта часть океана мелкая - до буйков можно дойти пешком.
Питание брали завтраки. Был шведский стол. Ну это одно название! Завтраки плохие, не вкусные. В один из дней фрукты были порезаны ножом, которым резали что-то типа лука. Есть было не возможно. Много выпечки, но даже и она была не вкусная. Чай и кофе из пакетиков - завариваешь сам, чайник с кипятком грязный от накипи. Бар при отеле закрыт. Ресторан на ужин работает только для шведского стола. Если захочется перекусить днём или поужинать по меню, такую возможность отель не предоставляет.

Les équipements sont un peu vieillissant, le nombre de transat et parasol limités sur la plage.

Mi hanno addebitato 1 notte in più e sto aspettando che mi rendano i soldi pagati in più.
Spero arrivino. Anche booking ha fatto troppe storie e procedure assurde con tasti per allegare documenti che poi non si riesce ad allegare.

Colazione e cena con poca varietà di cibo

1. The breakfast is buffet style but not even close to what is advertised in the photos. If you book half-board, you can choose between 3 options (no buffet). The options consist of a vegetarian meal (which was plaon pasta with ketchup) and a chicken or searood option (which comes with mashed or unseasoned roast potatoes and some plain vegetables in our case carrot and green beans or cabbage - see the pictures). It is a 5-course meal on paper though.

2. The service is quite bad. We usually had to ask them to be served at the meals. The communication in English was also quite difficult.

3. The sheets on the bed where dirty when we arrived with dark patches and hair. Also there was visible dust on the floor. The bathroom does not have a proper window. Maybe that is the readon why we saw cockroaches on every night or the cleanliness overall.

4. speaking of animals: It appeared that tjey only sold the rooms in the top floor. But under the roof birds are living and breeding which was really noisy during the day. Maybe it was also the birds that kept us up at night or even other animals but we can‘t be sure of that. The ceiling has definetely no noise insulation.

In conclusion:
From our personal point of view this hotel should not deserve 4 stars. It was our most expensive accomodation in Sri Lanka with the worst overall performance.

Due to the trees near the pool, fallen leaves frequently make the pool dirty. It would be great if the management could consider installing a net cover to prevent this.
