Next to everything
Room was warm on arrival but did cool down. Cuc was working a very nice. Cuc arranged transport for us today.

Perfect location, very clean and spacious
チェーンキーが着いてなかった事と途中の清掃がなかった点が気になったがそのほかについては特に問題は無しです。
あと、セキュリティボックスも無かったのが気になりました
施設の位置はたぶん良い場所なのだと思うが、祭りをやっていたのか深夜3時ごろまでうるさかった。ホテルではないので多くを求めたらダメだと思うがベッドが固く、部屋には小さな虫がいた。
写真ではシャワールームが２つあると思っていたが一つ。ゴミ箱も一つしかなかった。
ビルの7階からが施設になっているがフロントには常に人がおらず英語も話せず電話もできず困った。
帰りにわかったことが、7階にオーナーが住んでいて部屋にいたそう。
空港までのタクシーをお願いしてお金をオーナーに渡したがタクシーで請求されないか心配したが無事に送ってもらえ追加の請求もなかったので良かった。
あと、チェックアウト後の荷物も預かって貰えたし帰り着替えもさせてもらえた。
Larger space than any nearby hotel
Its perfect for someone who is vegetarian India as there multiple veg options near by and also can cook own food.
Cuc from Alex house is very hospitable.
The property is not as advertised. They claim you can book airport transfer, but never confirm it, so when you arrive there is nobody waiting for you. After I called to ask about airport transfer, I was told in broken English to take a taxi "it's cheap" from the airport.
The rest of the check-in was chaotic. The sidewalk was under construction, the driver could not drop us in front of the property, had to drag luggage through the construction area and it's mud. Nobody greets you in the lobby, when you call they hung up on you. A security guard insists you write down your phone number and name with a broken pen before he will send you to the 7th floor where "reception" awaits.
The room once we are given keys is nothing like advertised on expedia.the photos were for aodern apartment, this is an old unit in disrepair. It needs serious work (broken amenities, windows hardly seal close, which is an issue with the constant party noise from the neighborhood).
Fortunately it was clean, and since we were booked only two nights we stayed, but this is a deceptive listing and Expedia should take it down.
Also, no convenience store nearby, so be prepared to walk around in the mess, looking to buy essentials for breakfast, etc.

Centralt beliggende lejlighed lige ved 23/9-parken. Godt køkken med køl, fryser og mikroovn. Dejlig varmt vand i badet.
Eneste minus er et svagt Wifi

Decent location, good size apartment. It smelt quite bad of cooking grease which I guess was from the last residents before me. Ended up washing the filters etc myself but it did little to fix it. It would have been a great stay if it wasn’t for that.
Clean apartment, fully equipped amenities, friendly staffs, so good location, really hospitality in the hustling Saigon, I booked this apartment for my business trip but also great for a vacation to Saigon, my prioritized choice when having a trip to Saigon
Nice location, property, close to restaurants and bars.
The location is good, right in the heart of Saigon, easy to access to all Sightseeing. Room decoration is cozy which makes me feel like staying at home. Owner and staffs are so friendly, they helped me a lot in enjoying truly Saigon from restaurant to night life. Price is affordable but Services exceed what I expected.
A RECOMMENDED APARTMENT FOR YOUR STAY.
I love this service apartment because it is close to the markets and the Bui walking strip. It could use a few more mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. We stayed at many places before ranging from 1 to 5 stars hotel but this serviced apartment is overall the best balance between price, convenience, comfort, and location. Its the home away from home. We liked it so much we booked again the following week.
