Wunderschönes exklusives kleines Hotel im reizendendem Moena.
Pros:

Alle extrem freundlich und aufmerksam vom Service im Lokal bis zur Rezeption und dem Reinigungspersonal.
Zimmer renoviert und sehr gemütlich.
Das , für unseren Geschmack, schönste Zimmer, in all unseren Skiurlauben.
Das Hotel überall gemütlich warm.
Essen hervorragend vom Frühstück zu den Nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen, Snacks,
Bis zum 5- gängigen Abendessen ,
Alles wunderbar.

Volle Punktzahl in jeder Hinsicht ausgenommen dem Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich, vor allem das Schwimmbad und der wirlpool müssten dringend renoviert werden.
Die Mosaiksteine am Boden sind abgeplatzt, der Putz von den Wänden bröckelt ab und die Stufen und Sitzbänke im wirlpool sind rau und scharfkantig.
Gestört hat uns auch, dass das Duschen mit Duschgel oder Seife verboten war und die Leute ungeduscht vom Skifahren in den Pool gingen. Es roch deshalb auch nicht gut im ganzem Wellnessbereich.
Eigentlich schade, wäre ansonsten richtig hübsch.

Tutto molto bello partendo dalla camera con idromassaggio molto romantica elegante rilassante
il soggiorno è stato tranquillo molto bella e le colazioni molto varie dalle cose da mangiare buone tra salato e dolce davvero tutto bellissimo e personale tra reception e camerieri gentilissimi e a disposizione

C'era stata la nevicata il giorno prima, e per entrare in struttura dal parcheggio posto dietro, non essendoci una seconda entrata si deve passare per un marciapiede innevato e scivoloso e pericoloso, peccato .
