Lovely 300 year old hotel in convenient location.
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable, plus there was a complimentary fruit bowl which was an unexpected bonus.

Cons:

There were some people talking in the hallway in the morning, that could be heard in our unit.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, und wir konnten unser Gepäck noch vor dem einchecken dort lagern. Ausserdem hat die Unterkunft alles bereitgestellt, was man braucht, und noch mehr. Die Zimmer sind auch wunderschön!

Nice central hotel in Edinburgh
Pros:

Nice location, only about 10 mins from Edinburgh Waverly. The room had a great north-facing view of the city and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chocolates were left in the room after daily cleaning. Staff happily and safely looked after our luggage after check out.

Cons:

Some aspects of the room need a bit of care, such as damage to the bathroom door and bath taps.

Perfect from start to finish!
Pros:

Communication was amazing, staff on site were even better. My mother in law and daughter did not have one bad thing to say about this beautiful place and the truly lovely people
