تعامل الموظفين سئ جدا جدا جدا ويضحكون على الزبائن بسخرية وغير مستوعبين انهم واجهة لبلدهم.. موظف الاستقبال في الفترة المسائية كان احمقاً وحاول استفزازي بدون داعي سوى لاني اتكلم الانجليزية!!! وموظفة الساونا المحجبة ضحكت على سياح كبار في السن وسخرت منهم
البخار لم يكن يعمل
الحمام كان فيه تسريب
موظفة الافطار مع العمال كانهم متفاجئون بالزوار
الاطباق في الافطار فارغة ويتأخر تعبأتها بقصد!!
حتى موظف الالامن الخارجي جاءني بعد عشر دقائق من وقوفي واجبرني على تغيير مكان السيارة تحت المطر علما بان الموقف صحيح🤪
باختصار الموظفون اعطيهم سالب خمسين🤬

По цене было дешево но я больше не вернусь . Девушка на ресепшен была очень любезной и отзывчивой ей я бы поставила 10 и

Cons:

В отеле требуется ремонт, в спа плохая проводка, от электрического счетчика исходит звук. Провода огаленные на светильниках рядом с водой , плохая вытежка в спа вода капает с потолка

Not much the pool and spa ect was nice but regretfully because it was out of season no restrauant was open and it's not in a location where you could walk to a restaurant

Cons:

Poor location and no restaurant open at the hotel which on booking.com indicated otherwise

7.katta kaldık, 30-40 sn aralıkla asansörüm gümbür gümbür vurma sesini gece boyu dinledik. Banyoda su neredeyse akmıyor seviyede az geliyor. Ortak kullanılan havuzun sisteminin bozuk olduğu söylendi, buz gibi suya girerek Termal tatil keyfi yaptık. Tek iyi nokta garsonların tavırları ve yemeklerin kalitesi diyebilirim.
